The house was originally built in 1979, but in 2011 underwent a modernization with a beautiful new kitchen in open connection with a good spacious living room with comfortable furniture. In the living room there is access to a good loft, where the children can probably have a lot of time to walk. From the living room there is access to a good partially covered terrace, where you have an overview of a large part of the plot, so you can follow the children's play in the sandbox, or when they swing in the swings. The grounds with its many trees really invite to hide and seek. At the back of the house, a small morning terrace has been established, where the morning freshmen can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the house you will find three good bedrooms. The two rooms are with double beds while the last one is with an adult size bunk bed. The bathroom has been modernized with new tiles and sanitation in 2008. Super cozy house for a family with children. Free final cleaning!

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
