Maximum 2 dogs. Well-appointed holiday home at Houstrup Strand with large pool area featuring a large swimming pool with water slide and swim trainer, sauna, shower, and hot tub with room for 4-6 people. After an enjoyable and eventful day, it is wonderful to relax in the house's large hot tub or warm up in the sauna. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room, you enter the activity room, where you can play darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other to a game of table tennis or soccer. Even a stereo system, PlayStation 4, and flat-screen TV are installed in the activity room. The house is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, with two separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom connected to the pool area. There are three bathrooms in total, all with showers and underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms is also extra child-friendly with a children's toilet. All six bedrooms and the loft have box mattresses. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with a TV with Viasat satellite and over 100 channels, a stereo system with CD player, Blu-ray player, high chair for the little ones, sofa area, and wood-burning stove. Outdoors, there is an open sun terrace and a covered terrace - perfect for a cozy barbecue evening with family and friends. There is also a trampoline (use of which is at your own risk/insurance).A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
