Challenge each other to games of pool, table tennis, and table football – or enjoy a drink at the bar as the atmosphere builds. One of the absolute highlights of the house is the inviting wellness area. Here you’ll find a large heated swimming pool (3.3 x 6 x 1.4 meters) with a water slide and counter-current system – perfect for both play and exercise. Afterwards, you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the heat of the sauna. The house is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, ensuring everyone gets a good night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day. The spacious bedrooms are bright and cozy, featuring comfortable beds and practical storage, so you can easily settle in and feel at home. As a practical bonus, the house includes two charging options for electric vehicles – both a modern and a traditional connector. The holiday home is located in the attractive Houstrup area, close to Henne Strand and Nymindegab, where the waves of the North Sea, wide sandy beaches, forests, and cycling routes create the perfect setting for your holiday. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. This is not just a holiday home – it’s the setting for unforgettable vacation memories. A caretaker is associated with the property, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Note: Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
