Würde ohne Zögern wieder buchen! Das Apartment fühlte sich frisch und modern an, mit einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa, das perfekt für unsere Gruppe war. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir Mahlzeiten zubereitet und das Abendessen auf dem Balkon genossen, während wir die ruhige Atmosphäre aufgesogen haben. Durbuy ist in der Nähe, was es einfach macht, die charmanten Straßen voller Geschäfte zu erkunden.

Wir hatten eine Doppelbuchung und bekamen ein anderes, kleineres Apartment mit Rabatt. Das Studio war gemütlich, aber der Strom ließ zu wünschen übrig. Jedes Mal, wenn heißes Wasser verwendet wurde, ist die Sicherung durchgebrannt und wir hatten mehrmals weder Heizung noch Kochfeuer. Wir mussten den Techniker dreimal kommen lassen, der bestätigte, dass es sich um ein wiederkehrendes Problem in der Domain handelte. Der Preis an sich ist nicht schlecht, aber wir können davon ausgehen, dass alle Einrichtungen funktionieren. Sehr schnelle Hilfe durch Ardennen Online, jedoch nicht durch die Rezeption der Residenz selbst. Schade, denn es war eine gute Lage und ein schönes Studio.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, maar helaas konden we enkel naar de lucht kijken vanuit ons appartement. Bij de boeking heb ik er speciaal op gelet dat er een groot raam aanwezig was op de foto's, zodat je uitzicht naar buiten had. Bij onze aankomst bleek jammer genoeg dat we een appartement hadden gekregen met enkel 3 veluxen. Dat maakte dat het appartement donker was en het gaf toch een beetje een opgesloten gevoel. Het mooie uitzicht op de valei ben je dus ook helemaal kwijt. Zijn hier melding van gaan maken, maar aangezien alles volzet was konden we geen ander appartement meer krijgen. Er is voldoende comfort en de inrichting is mooi. Ruime zitbank voorzien. Er is wel maar een beperkte hoeveelheid kookgerei aanwezig. Bij ons was er wel een rol toiletpapier en afwaszeep aanwezig, maar heb andere mensen aan het onthaal gezien die om een rol toiletpapier kwamen vragen om de eerste dag door te kunnen. Er was ook een beetje achterstallig onderhoud. (Kapotte lampen, afgebroken afkastingsplaat in badkamer,...) Hygiëne kon wel wat beter. (Vlekken op vloer en glazen voordeur) De ligging is ideaal op enkele minuten van het centrum van Durbuy en vlakbij verschillende wandelroutes en supermarkten.

We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad. Alleen hadden we de laatste twee dagen in bad geen warm water. Internet viel vaak uit. En een aantal gebreken in het huisje. Koken was wel eens een uitdaging. De pitten werden soms zo heet als er meerdere pannen op stonden de + en - werden gloed heet en daarna deed de kookplaat het niet
