This modern apartment is located in the Old Quarter of San Sebastián. The apartment highlights for both its perfect location and its terrace overlooking the old quarter and Urgull hill. The large corner terrace enables side views of Zurriola Beach (left corner) and the sea (right corner). Given its location, guests can enjoy the exquisite Basque cuisine in the various pintxo bars in the area. It is also very close to Zurriola beach, just in the city centre, and only 5 minutes from La Concha beach.The apartment has a living room with a dining area that faces a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom a double bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom with a wonderful shower. Apart from the bathroom, there is also a toilet. The corner terrace and its unique panoramic view of the city, surrounding both the living room, the dining area and each bedroom in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location

Perfect stay, great location, apartment is very nice. There is one air conditioner and it is located inside of one of the bedrooms - door must be left open to cool the rest of the apartment. Office staff very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Located in the heart of Old Town, this apartment is central to the most popular bars and restaurants and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station or Euskotren. The building has a small but functional elevator, and the unit is on the top floor with a wraparound balcony featuring loungers and a partial beach view.The apartment itself is well-equipped with a microwave, washer, and drying rack, plus 1.5 bathrooms and very comfortable beds. There is AC, but it didn’t work during our stay — we contacted the company right away but never received a response. Thankfully, fans were provided, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it did impact the value for money.One thing to note is that check-in requires going to a separate location first to collect the keys before heading to the apartment, which feels unnecessary since the same information could have been gathered online.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort.

Un logement très bien situé, mais une terrasse non utilisable au soleil et malheureusement sans abri ( le storeban était en panne; le propriétaire refusait de le réparer et le parasol fourni en compensation s'est envolé).Enfin, la climatisation a fonctionné seulement 2 jours sur 7, et l'agence n'a pas été capable de la faire réparer pendant notre séjour. Nous sommes partis un jour avant la fin, car le logement était devenu inhabitable. Nous avons demandé une compensation financière pour ces désagréments, qui nous a été refusé.

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was a great place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the view. You can walk to old town, Gros, seaside, city center. We would stay again. There is only one shower so a bit too small for two couples but perfect for two adults and a couple of children

Donostia San Sebastián

We stayed at this apartment for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Location couldn’t be any better, right in the middle of all the beautiful places San Seb can offer. There is a Lidl just across the road, and many great restaurants just walking distance. Sheila was very friendly and helpful and helped us with all our requests. Highly recommend this place for authentic basque cuisine and experience!

Great Location in Old Town

A top floor apartment in a perfect location in old town, just steps from the hustle and bustle and easy access to Gros. The apartment was quaint and Ikea furnished but comfortable and great for our stay.

We have just had our second visit in less than a year to Urgull, travelling as two couples. Again, we loved the apartment. It is in a great location, and although the streets below are busy until late at night, the double glazing keeps the noise out. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is spacious, with views over the city rooftops to the mountains beyond, and benefits from the afternoon sun. We will definitely be returning again in the near future

Stunning apartment in old town San Senastu

My daughter, her husband and myself stayed in this clean, spacious and well appointed penthouse apartment in the old town for six nights in May. The wrap-around terrace was a bonus and caught the sun all day. Location is important and the apartment in at the centre of the old town with restaurants and pinxto bars all around. There is a Lidl supermarket with butchers shops no more than a hundred metres away, so perfect for self-catering. I recommend this apartment highly and will definitely stay again.

Very big terrasse shaping a L Cosy and confortable Best place ever, near the restaurants but a little bit isolated between the two beaches and plenty of grocery shops just down the building The rugs are average quality and stained. Extra pillows would be welcome: the ones here very hard

Había elegido en especial ese piso porque tenía aire condicionado. Sin embargo, no había aire en la habitación matrimonial y lo de la habitación con dos camas de soltero el mando de manos estaba con problemas… no enseñaba la temperatura y tampoco el modo a elegir
