The Ordulari apartment is an excellent holiday apartment that stands out for its unbeatable location and exquisite decoration. It is located in the very centre of the city (Hondarribia Street 13) and therefore, most interesting points are within a 5-minute (or less) walking radius. In addition, there are several public underground car parks in the vicinity.



It has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a complete integrated bathroom and the other bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds. Both rooms have a balcony overlooking Hondarribia Street and being on the 4th floor, it offers interesting views of the city.



The other bathroom with a bathtub is located in the hallway.



The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, as well as all kitchen equipment: pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, etc.



In addition, it has free high-speed WiFi internet connection and an air conditioning unit.



For all these reasons, the Ordulari apartment is an excellent option for those who want to enjoy San Sebastian and its surroundings.

Great couple of nights

Had a nice day in this nice apartment, which was comfortable for our family of four. It was very centrally located and very secure. Took about an hour to get familiar with how to work everything, but it was great after that.

The apartment was good, however, the service was terrible! After traveling and then having to get the keys!!!!! Big problems!!! All I asked for was clean towels!!! After 10 days!!! Por favor… never got them after calling 3 times!!!! Will not stay here again…. Agur!!!!!

Beware of Basque Stay! Terrible host communication. First, sent a code for the wrong set of keys and a different address from the listing. After my family of 4 lugged our 3 large suitcases and carry-ons through the streets, we found that they gave us the wrong keys. No answer to provided phone number. Took an hour for host to respond and they refused to meet us to give us the right keys. We had to take all of our luggage back to the car to pick up the correct keys. We finally enter the flat and it had a terrible smell. Trundle bed falling apart. Light fixture half hanging off ceiling. Told host these things, no response. Only one half AC unit at the entrance for the whole unit— takes a while to cool down. Only 1 tiny shower gel provided, nothing else. We made it work for a 4 night stay but I’d never return or recommend to friends.
