ANI APARTMENTSarelocated in a private family home in Ičići, just 100 meters from the sea and 300 meters from a pebbly beach. The historical and cultural Opatija is located only 2 kilometers from Ičići, and is connected by a coastal promenade. All apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning and sea / terrace views. One parking space is provided for each apartment and pets are welcome (at additional charge).
Apartment Ani 2 (A2 + 1)
Ani 2 is located on the first floor of the family house. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a dining table, a single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and an exit to the balcony. The bedroom offers a double bed and a closet, while the bathroom has a shower.
Apartment offers: sea view, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, air conditioning, sun lounger and parasol on the terrace,Wi-Fi.

Ičići is the first little charming town before Opatija, which is connected to Opatija by a beautiful promenade "Lungo Mare". Take a 30 minute stroll towards Opatija, a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, has many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks and magnificent villas that are waiting to be discovered. Enjoy discovering the enchanting town of Opatija with its churches, villas and well-tended parks. Visit the Croatian Walk of Fame and the small harbour known locally as Portić, and take a picture with the famous statue of the Girl with the Seagull.
Should you go on the other side oft he promenade, you will end up in an amiable little town Lovran, which offers small beaches, various summer festivities and it is a gateway to surrounding medieval towns and Učka mountain.

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté , krásne zariadené a s nádherným výhľadom na more. Lokalita tiež výborná, pláž hneď na pár krokov od ubytovania, ako aj obchod . Pešo sa dá za chvíľu dostať do Opatije aj do Lovranu, takže ubytovanie je výborne situované. Majitelia sú veľmi milí a ochotní vyhovieť . Určite odporúčame a ďakujeme za krásny pobyt!

Am revăzut Opatija după 20, respectiv 10 ani. Apartamentul Nr 1 la parter , decomandat , hol , baie , bucătărie echipata în stînga spre strada , dormitor cu pat dublu mare și aer condiționat in dreapta spre spate , fara plase de țințari însă ,cu spatiu și intimitate , bază buna pentru a vizita Istria , Pola , Rovinj , Portoroz, Trieste. Umbra dimineața pe terasa de la gardul viu la cafea , și după amiază de la casa . Apa calda de la boiler , presiune buna , baia buna . Am găsit așternuturi și cite un set de prosoape, cheia in cutiuță folosind codul primit, cum am intrat , asa am ieșit . Poziție bună între Opatija, 3 km pe Lungomare și Lovran , la strada principala. parcare asigurată in curte. Magazine alimentare Plodine și Konzum in apropiere , restaurante , plaje destule in apropiere, pentru toate gusturile.

Wygodny apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze i na marinę.Do plaży niedaleko , ok. 300 m, plaża żwirowo-kamienista.Wzdłuż plaży deptak, a przy nim obiekty gastronomiczne. Można zjeść obiad , zostawiając sprzęt plażowy nad morzem. Deptakiem można robić długie spacery nad samym morzem i podziwiać widoki.Apartament dobrze wyposażony, duża szafa, szerokie łóżko,nowa kuchnia z dużą lodówką. Może trochę mało mejsca na blacie dla chcących gotować, jest za to expres do kawy przelewowy i mnóstwo garnków i zastawy stołowej . Do tego stół w kuchni oraz na zewnątrz i duży taras z leżakami oraz parasolem.Gospodarz bardzo pomocny,wszystko pokazał i wytłumaczył, nawet pożyczył mi suszarkę do włosów, bo moja się zepsuła.

Gestore molto gentile, posizione molto strategica e vicino a tutto, una terrazza splendida con una vista incantevole!! La spiaggia ha un mare azzurro con un clima veramente bello, caldo ma con un'arietta che sta veramente bene! L'appartamento ha il necessario per viverci per una settimana o più. Valter, il proprietario super gentile e accogliente, durante l'alloggio mi ha consigliato dei ristoranti economici ma veramente buoni e tipici. Tutto sommato un alloggio perfetto per amici, famiglie con bimbi, dati i molti servizi sulla spiaggia, e per coppie.
