what you detail as a 4/5 star property, which I am sure you are well aware, this most certainly is not. Grit and dirt in the bottom of the cold hot tub. Slippy rough sawn timber steps to hot tub, no handrail. Mood lighting in bathroom, not fully functioning. Bathroom door sticking on floor preventing it from fully opening. Bedside light hanging loose and inoperable. Kitchen extractor lights inoperable. Fridge door shelf broken, has undergone an old and failed sellotaped repair. Kitchen doors that don’t close properly. A freezer that is run off an extension lead. Outdoor store, which looks to be used as a COSHH store, is not locked, but contains hazardous items. Loose and uncovered electrical fitting exposed within the unlocked store. All items in the kitchen (which as noted, one of which runs of an extension lead) are either not PAT tested or are out of date
