SUNRISE SEA VIEW - One Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Studio. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 2 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 35 m2. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent sea view as it is located in the first row to the sea shore.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 150 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Brilliant service!
Das Apartment ist super schön, die Lage ist perfekt, es scheint alles ganz neu renoviert worden zu sein. Man findet alles was man braucht direkt in der Umgebung und auch im Apartment hat man alles was man braucht. Das parken ist in der Altstadt natürlich nicht möglich, es gibt aber verschiedene Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks waren wir am Valdibora Parkplatz, von dort ist es nur ein kurzer Fussweg zur Wohnung. Der Gastgeber hatte uns dann kostenfreie Parkplätze in 10 Minuten Fußweg empfohlen, die haben super gepasst. Wir können das Apartment absolut empfehlen!
