Wohnung in Strandnähe

Ich habe diese Wohnung für meine Familie gemietet und die im Internet veröffentlichten Fotos wurden tatsächlich noch übertroffen. Die Wohnung an sich war für uns fünf Personen perfekt. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Wohnung. Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts, alles für den täglichen Bedarf war vorhanden (genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Müllbeutel, Filtertüten, Geschirr– und Handtücher). Tolle Sonnen-Terasse wo abends konnten wir grillen. Der Parkplatz ist gleich vor der Tür. Der größte Pluspunkt war für uns die Lage in einer Sackgasse, etwas abseits des Tourismus, mit tollem Blick auf Park und in Laufweite zum Strand! Wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge etc. bekommen und sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mirna. Felix B.

Schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war schon sehr gut, wir erhielten eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung und letzte Fragen konnten kurzfristig beantwortet werden. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, lichtdurchflutet und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Terrasse ist Richtung Süden am Park ausgerichtet. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Lage zum Strand. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß und man war da. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants am der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hoffen für die Gastgeber sehr, dass sie weiterhin viele nette Gäste bekommen, die diese Wohnung liebevoll und vernünftig behandeln, so dass diese weiterhin vielen Gästen so viel Freude und Entspannung bereitet wie meine Familie.

sehr Gastfreundlich, Einrichtung na ja...

Mirna ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, allerdings erwarten wir für den Preis, der doch sehr hoch ist - ein besseres Interieur, welches sehr einfach und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, z.B. ist das Sofa im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen, die Betten sehr klein und schmal, die Möbel etwas verschlissen. Zwei Liegen dürften ruhig auf der Sonnenterrasse sein, wenn man mal nicht zum Strand will. Die Küchenausstattung beschränkt sich auf das wesentliche und könnte durchaus reichhaltiger sein. Und 'Bueno Vista' heißt, zwei Bäume.....

Perfekt!

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin die bei allen Fragen hilft, Top Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten zu einem tollen Strand, ca. 40 Gehminuten in die ganz tolle Altstadt von Rovinj, die meiste Zeit spaziert man am Meer entlang. Appartement ist schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und bietet ausreichend Platz, toller Balkon mit Meerblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
