Surrounded by 30 hectares of vineyard and oak and chestnut woods, it guarantees absolute relaxation and privacy. Ideal for 8/10 people.
In a panoramic position, overlooking Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area, in a few minutes allows you to reach many towns with all services. In fact, the farmhouse is located in a strategic position, 5 minutes from the highway Siena - Perugia. In 15 minutes you can reach Cortona, Montepulciano or Lake Trasimeno, in 30 the 'airport of Perugia or the city of Arezzo, in 45 minutes Siena, in an hour Florence. Wonderful Tuscan Villa

Group of 9 had a fantastic stay. The villa is superbly fitted out with lovely decor and kitchen equipment. The kids loved the pool as did the adults and the evening meal area was superb. Very good communication with the host who gave us some great suggestions. Loved our holiday and the villa was exactly what we needed. Very secluded so loved watching the stars with lots of local wine.

Beautiful villa in Tuscan countryside with lots of room - 5 bedrooms/5 baths. Close to Cortona which was our favorite hill town. Gigi, our host, arranged a private cooking class for us at the villa that was exceptional. We couldn’t find any gnocchi, ragu sauce or tiramisu the rest of the trip that lived up to Chef Enrico’s! The day we left they were harvesting grapes on the vineyard next to the villa.

Wunderschönes, inmitten von Weingütern gelegenes Haus und Grundstück, hier kann man sich wunderbar zurückziehen und entspannen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung, wenn man fernab vom Trubel eine ruhige Oase sucht.

Wir (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) haben in der Villa zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Haus war einfach perfekt: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind spitze. Das Haus liegt innerhalb eines Weinanbaugebietes und bietet Natur und Ruhe pur. In der Umgebung bieten sich viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen wie beispielsweise ein Besuch der Städte Cortona, Montepulchiano oder Assisi. Auch für das MTB oder zum Wandern gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, so dass wir einen sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub genießen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung vor Ort. Die Hilfsbereitschaft bei Problemen oder Fragen war herausragend. Alles in allem eine Top Location für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Casale curato in ogni dettaglio nella campagna toscana

In un gruppo di amici di 10 persone ci siamo trovati benissimo. Perfetto sia che ci si voglia godere la casa, immersa tra i vigneti e con patio e piscina godibilissimi, sia che si voglia esplorare la zona circostante. Comodissimo che ogni stanza abbia il suo bagno privato.
