15 person holiday home in Treungen

Large holiday home on Utsjå cottage village with indoor sauna, terrace of 180 m2 and panoramic views of 270 degrees. Facilities such as summit hikes, bike paths, hiking trails, alpine ski center, ski trails, trout fishing, roller ski festival, festivals summer and winter. Utsjå cottage village is high standard and located in Telemark’s scenic surroundings. Here you will find activities and attractions for all generations and for all seasons. At the top of Utsjå, there is a lavo with 50 seats where you can meet other hikers for a nice chat and waffles. From the living room/kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. The living room is the center of the house, where you can relax and enjoy yourself on the sofa while you watch the children playing through the windows. The cottage is equipped with sauna, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft with TV, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Suitable for several families. Large sunny terrace of 180 m2. Utsjå Hyttegrend is in Heimdal in Nissedal municipality in West Telemark, with a shopping center in Treungen and Gautefall ski Eldorado. Not rented to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Die Lage ist traumhaft, Man hat direkten Blick auf Treungen und die umliegenden Berge z,B, den Skugenatten, / Die Zufahrt zur Ferienhaussiedlung ist zeitlich beschränkt und durch Schranke abgeriegelt, kann aber nach Absprache geöffnet werden, Das Haus ist alarmgesichert, Die Größe des Hauses ist auch für mehrere Personen absolut ausreichend, Es gibt einen Kaminofen und Spül- sowie Waschmaschine, Die Badezimmer sind wirklich gut, Das beste Ferienhaus, dass wir je hatten und die Besitzer sind absolut hilfsbereit, / Das Haus ist wirklich gepflegt und gemütlich, Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt, Die Ruhe und der Ausblick sind fantastisch, Auf der Terrasse hat man viel Platz und im Nebengebäude finden sich Fahrräder, Brennholz, Angeln und viele andere Dinge für einen abwechselungsreichen Urlaub, Die Anfahrt zum Haus geht über Schotterpiste bergauf, man braucht aber keinen Geländewagen, Der Müll wird etwas bergab in einer Sammelstelle abgegeben, In den Betten kann man gut schlafen und die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind wirklich top, / Die Küche ist sauber und es gibt allerlei Nützliches zum Kochen und Backen,

Wunderschönes Haus auf einem kleinen Berg mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick an sowohl vom Haus, als auch von der Aussicht beeindruckt. Vidar hat uns innerhalb von Minuten per SMS geantwortet, weshalb auch kleinere Schwierigkeiten wie das öffnen der Schranke nach 19 Uhr kein Problem war. Durch den Gasgrill, die Sauna und dem Feuerkorb hatten wir jeden Tag auch im Haus Abwechslung. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch die riesige Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. Viele verschiedene Outdoor Aktivitäten sind per Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten bis 2 Stunden erreichbar. Wir haben es hier sehr genossen und auch wenn jemand etwas ruhe brauchte konnte er sich durch die große Anzahl an zimmern zurückziehen.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuis! Het was super ruim, en we hadden genoeg ruimte voor ons zessen, De keuken was volledig uitgerust, wat het samen koken leuk maakte, De sauna was een leuke toevoeging, perfect na een lange dag van verkenning van het gebied, Het wifi was soms een beetje traag, maar we redden ons, Over het geheel genomen zou ik deze plek aanbevelen voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een gezellige getaway!
