The Nest villa is a brand-new villa combines luxury with natural materials. It consists of two floors. In the interior, there is a fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area and a living room. The decoration of the villa combines classicality and modernity.
As you enter the villa there are two bedrooms, one with double bed (sleeps 2 guests) and one with two single beds (sleeps other 2 guests). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. All spaces in the villa are air-conditioned.
On the upper floor you will find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is lovely veranda with a private pool overlooking the small Sfinari bay. There are also comfortable modern sun beds and a table to enjoy your meals day and night.
This space enables you to spend unforgettable moments every hour of the day, with your friends or your family and experience absolute relaxation.

Everything was perfect, the location and the photos in the ad matched perfectly. We arrived late and a good dinner awaited us. A big thanks to the owner Vasilis for his Kindness and his help in finding our suit cases lost by the airline. We highly recommend this accomodation of perfect tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Crete. Traveling as a family, it was exactly what we were looking for. The villa is modern, beautifully finished to a high standard, and offers breathtaking views from the terrace — watching the sunset from the pool was unforgettable. Communication with the owner was easy and welcoming. On arrival, we were greeted with a delicious traditional Greek meal prepared by his wife, and later we also met his lovely mother, who treated us to homemade biscuits, cake, fresh eggs, and even cooked dinner for us. The villa is conveniently located near some of the island’s most stunning beaches. While we spent many days exploring, it was equally special to relax at the villa, enjoying the pool and the views. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

top Villa, Neubaustandard und bestens gepflegt, Vollausstattung, Einbauküche mit allem, cleverer Grundriss, geräumig, von der Wohnzimmersitzgruppe aus hat man aufgrund der großen bodentiefen Verglasung und des Glasgeländers der Veranda einen wundervollen Meerblick einschließlich Sonnenuntergang, hervorragende Lage, nahe zum Dorf mit zwei Minimarkets und zum Strand mit drei Tavernen - nach Phalasarna fährt man keine viertel Stunde, ach ja: einen Mietwagen sollte man schon haben... - und als Sahnehäubchen: die Eltern des Eigentümers wohnen nebenan und haben uns diskret mit leckerem Essen versorgt. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Villa.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung

Unser Aufenthalt in Sfinari war wirklich wundervoll! Die Beschreibung des Hauses mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten entsprach genau den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr hochwertig. Und der Ausblick aus dem Esszimmer und von der Dachterrasse mit Pool ist atemberaubend. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts zu verbessern. Das Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber genau das haben wir gesucht. Die Bucht und die Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Man fühlt sich in das ursprüngliche Griechenland versetzt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Eltern des Vermieters, die direkt im Haus nebenan wohnen. So etwas haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder. Markus aus Deutschland

Perfekt für Ruhe Suchende

Das Haus ist wunderbar,der Pool ein Traum. Vermieter sehr nett. Wir sind spät abends angekommen und haben fertiges Essen vorgefunden. Eltern des Vermieters (wohnen nebenan) sehr lieb,Mutter hat für uns köstlich gekocht. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Super Lage, super Haus, super Pool (wenn auch in diesem Oktober dann doch zu kalt, aber dafür war das Meer wärmer), super Betreuung durch Vasilis und auch seine Mutter (sehr gute Köchin :-)) - einfach perfekt als Ziel für einen Herbsturlaub.
