Modern 1,000 m² Villa, located in Blanes, with more than 600 m2 built, distributed over four floors. With six spacious and incredibly bright rooms with sea views, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Of the 6 rooms, 3 are double and the other 3 have two single beds each. A third single bed can be added (on request and at an extra cost).

Without a doubt, it is the perfect house to enjoy a dream vacation, on the Costa Brava.

Live an unforgettable experience and enjoy a refreshing dip in its fabulous infinity pool with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by forests, with a large garden and a cozy lounge area with barbecue.

The villa is located in a privileged area, called Santa Cristina, in front of the protected area of the Garden of Pinya de Rosa and l800 m from the beach, very close to Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sant Francesc and Cala Boadella
Just 5 min. by car from the Blanes town and Lloret de Mar and 1 hour from Barcelona, by car, train or bus.

The property has private parking for 4 cars, which is the best way to get around the area of Blanes, Lloret de Mar and the rest of the Costa Brava. Around 45 min. from Barcelona and 30 min. from Girona, very close to the access to the Highway.
