Perfect apartment and location
The apartment had everything we needed and was in the perfect location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Arianna was a wonderful host and made sure everything went really smoothly including great recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely come back, many thanks Arianna.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Rimini
Anfang September haben wir unseren 14 tägigen Urlaub in
Rimini verbracht.
Arianna hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt.
Dann haben wir das Auto zusammen in der Tiefgarage abgestellt und sind von dort mit dem Fahrstuhl in das Appartement gefahren.
Arianna hat uns gründlich und ausführlich in die Bedienung aller Geräte und der Klimaanlage eingewiesen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit allem Erforderlichen
eingerichtet. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist stabil.
Wir haben schöne Stunden auf der großen und sonnigen
Terrasse verbracht.
Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und in der Umgebung sind viele schöne Gaststätten mit sehr guter italienischer Küche.
Ausflüge nach San Marino und Riccione sind zu empfehlen.
Zum Abschluss wurden wir von Arianna sehr freundlich verabschiedet.
Wir haben uns in Rimini und bei Arianna sehr wohl gefühlt und
können dieses Appartement uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Eine äußerst schöne Wohnung um das bunte und quirlige Leben in Rimini zu geniesen. Die Räume sind super gepflegt und für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet gewesen. Die nette Vermieterin hat sich ausreichend Zeit genommen um uns die Wohnung und die Garage zu zeigen. Die Garage hat zwar ihren Preis aber in dieser Lage notwendig. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe sind Mangelware und nicht kostenlos. Die Garage war nicht im Wohnungspreis enthalten. Die Räume waren angenehm klimatisiert und ruhig. Ansonsten ist um die Wohnungslage herum, von A bis Z, alles zu finden was man für einen aktiven Urlaub braucht. Können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen :-)

Eine super saubere und gepflegte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Haus mit Tiefgarage.
Die Vermieterin bietet eine exzellente Betreuung und Erreichbarkeit, auch bei Rückfragen. Wir haben uns durch sie sehr gut betreut gefunden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Rimini mit Strandblick. Man ist unmittelbar im täglichen Leben und alle Arten von abendlicher Unterhaltung beginnen direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Zugangs- und Zufahrtsadresse lautet Via Veneto 2, am Ende einer kleinen Fussgängerzone, andere Adressen führen bei Maps in die Irre.
Der Parkplatz ist eine mit einem Rolltor abgeriegelte breite Garage, die aber in der Länge für einen VW-Golf-Variant gerade reicht und mal 5 cm Luft lässt, wenn man hinten anparkt. Die Zufahrt über eine schräge Rampe ist nur rückwärts möglich und bedarf etwas Einfühlungsvermögen. Angesichts des Umstandes, dass es ansonsten aber de facto keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten gibt und man aus der Garage sofort mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnungsetage kommt, nimmt man dies gerne in Kauf.
Auch die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln incl. Brötchen für ein nettes Frühstück auf der sehr schönen Terasse ist mit "Da Roberto" binnen 50 m gegeben.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt für einen Riminiaufenthalt in TOP-Strandnähe gerne empfehlen.
Der Preis für die Garage war im deutschen FeWo-Portal als inclusive ausgewiesen, im Original des italienischen Portals mit 10EUR/Tag. Die Vermieterin hat sich zur Klärung sehr engagiert mit der Agentur auseinander gesetzt, die Ursache ließ sich dort aber nicht aufklären. Wir haben mit ihr ohne langwierige Verhandlungen eine faire Kompromisslösung gefunden.

Carinissimo e perfetto per una breve vacanza.
