Furthermore, there is the possibility to park freely also along the street in front of the house.
On the roof of the building there is a large communal terrace, overlooking the bell towers of the city.
The area, quiet and central, is perfect for those who want to relax, while enjoying the liveliness of city life and the pleasure of the beach. In fact, the historic center can be easily reached on foot, in less than 10 minutes; the large park is around the corner, less than 5 minutes away; the beach is 2.8km away, and can be reached on foot (around 30 minutes) or by car (around 10 minutes).

The price refers to the apartment occupied by 2 people; for each additional person, 10 Euros per night will be calculated; for children under the age of 14, 5 Euros will be discounted each for each night. The discount for children will be applied after booking. In summary: Internet / WiFi, air conditioning, initial supply of drinks and consumables, all household linen, with weekly change of supplies, baby equipment, final cleaning, parking space ... are all bonuses and services INCLUDED in the price: NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSES.
Any extra services not foreseen in the announcement (such as, for example, supply of linen exceeding the expected weekly change ...) will be agreed in advance and to be paid on the spot.

The apartment is complete and comfortable, located in a strategic position and suitable for any type of stay: summer and beach holidays, spring and autumn weekends, end of year holidays, concerts and shows. It is particularly suitable for families with children, and for all those who love walking and cycling; if you have not brought your bicycles with you, you can easily rent them in one of the many bike rental points, in the city or on the seafront.
