This is brand new superior studio with sea and pool view.
Please note if you are coming with pet , we charge 8€ per day extra
Studio apartment is 30 sqm big and have king size double bed, kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave, stove top, kitchen utensils. Private bathroom with shower. There is tiled floor in whole apartment. Guests have flat screen TV with couple of thousands of free movies, A/C, free wi-fi


This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.

Special place!

Wow, wow, wow! Our stay at Pine Tree was amazing, Anna and her family make you feel so welcome, and the setting is just breathtaking. I was delighted to hear breakfast was included this wasn't mentioned on the Airbnb profile, and quite frankly it was amazing, it comes out in stages something for everyone all using local produce from Anna's garden. Only comment would be if you could find a way to try and divert wasps it would be even better! We also ate in the restaurant one evening which was enjoyable. We hired the jet skis for a few hours which was so much fun, Alberto was so helpful and my partner couldn't stop smiling afterwards! Kayak and SUPs are available to use as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to this magical spot!
