Wonderful week in Sicily

The villa was beautiful and roomy enough for all 7 of us. It was great waking up and enjoying the morning on the patio watching the birds and lizards. The pool was great, the beds were firm but comfy, and there is a grocery store a 5 minute drive away. The villa was a great place to be a base of operations, but would do just as well as the vacation itself, if you want to just lounge around and relax. This was the first non-self checking I've stayed at, so it was a bit clunky, but the hosts were very nice and helpful. They even gave lots of suggestions for places to see while we were there. The "bad": The router often has to be reset as it would drop internet, and the ignition for stove didn't work, making cooking on it an adventure. Also, I think the grill and pizza oven flue needs to be cleaned. We smoked ourselves out trying to cook on the patio. Overall though, we had an amazing time, and the hiccups didn't put us off at all. I would absolutely stay here again.
