You'll find this apartment on the top floor after climbing up the narrow stairs common in houses in the Old Town. It is decorated colourfully with many fun details. The loft has a double bed (140 cm) and a television.

The living room has one sofa bed (90×190 cm), a coffee table, an AC, and several seating opportunities. You have a direct entrance to a beautiful big balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.

On the same floor, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The street Baron de Brès is conveniently close to the beach, shops, markets, and restaurants. Next to the beach, there is a train station with regular local traffic, which runs east through Monaco to Ventimiglia in Italy and westwards to Nice, through Cannes all the way to Saint-Raphaël.

Great Property with Stunning Views

We had an amazing stay in this property. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars within a few footsteps of the front door and yet it is not noisy at night. The property was very clean . Audrey and Jules are fabulous hosts. You will not need a car here as there is a great train service.. we can hardly wait to return

Charming and unique studio, suitable for a couple. Loads of style and panache. Truly a memorable environment. The view looking out toward Cap Ferrat is unbeatable. Imagine enjoying coffee or wine on the balcony. Brace yourself for the steep climb--lots of narrow and irregular stairs to reach the top floor. If you're a heavy packer, keep looking.

The apartment is indeed located in an old building with history! Imagine what people has walked those stairs throughout the years. It's narrow and steep but very much doable even with a heavy packing.

Very pleasant

A lovely place that’s wonderful to return to ‘earlier’ from a long day in Nice or elsewhere to simply enjoy the view and changing harbour with boats and ships coming and going. Train station close, excellent for exploring local areas from Monaco to Cannes I found out there were lots of stairs … cars can’t reach the door so expect a walk up or down (depending where your dropped) with luggage for about 3 - 5 minutes and then up more stairs to the top floor. Which is very much worth it. The neighbourhood is vibrant with restaurants and a supermarket close by. Can get a bit noisy in the evenings (even Sunday and Monday!) with happy diners often around till midnight. Was a very warm welcome and lovely ‘check in’
