Maiso House, nestled between the sea and olive trees

The property, located in Cavi di Lavagna, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, is surrounded by olive trees and overlooks the gulf, offering an unparalleled view stretching from Sestri Levante to Portofino. Casa Maiso, located in a cosy two-family villa, consists of a fully independent, recently renovated apartment. The two-story apartment features three bedrooms—two of which are attic-style and air-conditioned—a living room with a double fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, and three bathrooms.
Stepping out of the kitchen leads you into the private garden, where you’ll find an extendable table, a barbecue, and—in the summer—a small pool measuring 3 metres in diameter and 75 cm deep. Also in the garden is an area with a small sofa, armchairs, and lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy the splendid view.
Casa Maiso occupies the ground floor and the attic.
On the floor below, there is another apartment occupied by the owners.
The two apartments are completely independent, including their outdoor areas. There are no shared spaces.
