Villa Godoy is located just above the beautiful village of Frigiliana. This extra spacious and modern villa is located in the nature reserve "Acebuchal" and has spectacular views of the valley and sea. Within a 7-minute drive is the village where many terraces and restaurants can be found. With 15 minutes you are in Nerja with all the beaches, a wonderful base for a comfortable holiday.

The villa features a very spacious & atmospheric living room with an open kitchen equipped with all conveniences such as induction hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Here is also the washing machine. All rooms are on the same level, and are therefore also suitable for disabled people.

Adjacent to the living room you walk directly to the huge overcapped terrace where the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and even an original pizza oven is located. There are a total of three generous bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and all windows have shutters and shutters. Two bedrooms (1x 2 beds 200x90cm and 1x 1 bed 200x140cm) share in bathroom which has walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The main bedroom (1x 2 beds 200x90xm) has an en suite bathroom with shower / hot tub, sink and toilet and bidet.

The villa is suitable for 6 people. The villa is located on a fully lockable (electric gate) plot of approximately 4200m² with many olive trees and tropical palm trees and plants. The adjacent swimming pool (9 x 5m) can be closed for extra security if you have smaller children. There is ample space in the private area for multiple cars.
