A listed 20 th century heritage site on high floor with a Michelin starred restaurant at the marina. This beautifully and fully renovated modern 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium is located in the heart of the Cote D’Azur, in the city of Villeneuve Loubet. The location is minutes away from Antibes and minutes away from the Nice International Airport. This condo is located in a secure gated building, better known as the Marina Baie Des Anges. The condo offers 180 degree views of the magnificent Mediterranean along with views of yachts, sailboats and city lights of the Promenade Des Anglais, and to the North, you will have views of the countryside and the mountains.

The condo is located on the seventh floor and is a corner unit with a massive terrace offering a wide open view of the Mediterranean Sea. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four people. The couch in the living room is a pull out that sleeps two adults. Sit in the jaccuzzi or relax in the sun on this massive corner terrace, while enjoying your incredible view of the azure and sapphire waters of the Mediterranean. The condo is luxuriously furnished and you will
feel right at home with all accessories available to make your stay
a pleasure and memorable one. Desk with computer and printer on site. Beach towels available.
2 bicycles are available. There is a great bike road that allows you to safely bike to Nice along the beachsite.

No cost was spared in the renovation of this condo that offers million dollar views. It has a new Miele Espresso machine in a fully restored kitchen. There is also a balcony off the main living room that overlooks the Marina and courtyard. There is a new washer/dryer in the main bathroom.

This centrally located condo will allow you access to many nearby destinations, from the mountains to the sea. Whether you want to go hiking/skiing, head to the beach, or walking in nearby quaint towns and cities, you will never run out of things to do. It’s only a 30 minute drive to either Cannes Sur Mer or Monte Carlo/Monaco.

Additionally, the use of a car along with secured parking is available to rent for $325/weekly. The vehicle is a 2012 Renault Clio, 4 door with manual transmission. Driver must have an International driver’s license and proof of insurance. International driver’s license can be purchased at AAA locations in the U.S. for $15.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise after11pm per condo rules No bubbles or suntan lotion or Products in jacuzzi and at all times secure the top of the jacuzzi.
