Great place in the quiet town of Cagnes sur Mer. Train station a close walk away and easy to access for day trips to neighboring towns. Very clean and had a laundry that was extremely useful.

Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Pros- Overall stay was outstanding.Place was clean, plenty of amenities.Cons- Ice maker machine didnt work.It would be nice to have a TV in the second room.It would have been nice to have a second toilet in the condo.

Great apartment in a good location

We stayed in this very stylish and well equipped apartment for 10 days and had a great time. With air condition, two bathrooms, a big balcony, two bedrooms, a very stylish living room and a well equipped kitchen as well as a washing/dryer machine it had all we needed. We never even used the swimming pool since the beach is just across the street. Restaurants and shops in walking distance or even the same building. Good base for day trips to Nice, Monaco, Grasse, St. Paul de Vence etc. We would love to go back!

Amazing apartment and view

This stunning architecturally designed apartment is such a treat for people who enjoy beach/sea view. The all renovated rooms are well appointed, the kitchen is a delight as well as the large main bedroom/bathroom. There are two large terraces for stunning view of the sunsets and sunrise. The Air Conditioning is a dream as well as the good showers. We loved having our morning tea on the terrace as well as our "aperitifs"- no mosquitoes is an added benefit! You do hear some the traffic from down below when outside but the doors/windows are well insulated and this did not disturb our sleep at all. The apartment is convenient to several markets and local stores/restaurants. We would definitely like to come back.

Stunning apartment. Absolutely perfect.

Amazing stay. The apartment was perfect. We spent many hours using the binoculars looking at yachts (and idiots on jet skiis). I highly recommend. The balcony is beautiful and everything is perfect. Such a lovely space, fully equipped. Now the downside. Nothing to do with the apartment at all. When we arrived we provided a hefty deposit cheque. We are in our 50s so tvs out the window isnt our thing. We cleaned the apartment and left it as we found it. We were respectful. What is not respectful is not returning the cheque or sending a photo of its immediate destruction . It took 5 days after we returned to get a picture of the cheque destroyed. In the meantime we cancelled the cheque. Please update the way you accept security deposits and please do not assume that people are comfortable with you hanging on to a 1500 cheque for five days

A truly wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment.

Our latest trip to South of France was the best one yet. Christine kept in touch with us during the booking process, answering all our queries and always responded promptly. Our flight was delayed which meant we arrived late, but Arlina was on hand to welcome us to the apartment and also secured us some late night food with one of the local restaurants. Arlina was keen to make sure that we were all settled for our first night. The apartment did not disappoint and was everything and more that we were looking for. It is extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished and immaculate….and the view from the balcony……I wish we could have brought it home with us. The beds are extremely comfortable and we all slept well with extra bedding plentiful. The rain shower was an added treat and a great way to start the day. We used the air conditioning a couple of nights and it was very quiet. The local area is brilliant and the markets are a real treat with lots of local produce to buy. You wont be stuck for eating with all tastes catered for on your doorstep, Indian, Chinese, Italian and they all offer take away which is ideal for those nights you just want to relax and watch the sunset on the balcony. I would absolutely recommend this appartment to all visitors to this part of France and we will certainly book again on our next visit. Special thanks to Arlina and Christine for making our trip so memorable.💕

Vue magnifique, très bel appartement

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Soleil et plage juste en face. L'appartement est très beau et la vue est incroyable. La propriété est très bien entretenue et une très grande piscine est disponible. Seul les gens des résidences y on droit, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est conforme à la description avec place de parking dans la résidence sécurisée. Je conseil le voir le vieux Nice avec le marché. Petits points négatifs: Appartement devant la route, un peu bruyant, mais on s'adapte. De plus la vue est tellement belle. Pas grand chose à faire sur Cagne sur mer, mais il suffit de se déplacer.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt an der Côte d'Azur

Wunderschöne grosszügige Terrasse mit guter Aussicht aufs Meer. Wohnung grosszügig und modern. Pluspunkt: ein Parkplatz und der Pool hinter dem Haus ist eine gute Alternative zum Meer. Gerne wieder. Nachteil: Viel zu viele Kochutensilien, die nicht brauchbar sind, stapeln sich in der Küche. Wir mussten zuerst das Geschirr abwaschen, putzen, aussortieren, und zwei Schränke freischaufeln, um unsere Esswaren einräumen zu können. Übernahme der Wohnung war ganz unkompliziert und sehr nett. Tolle Wohnung für eine Familie!

Schön aber die direkte Straßenlage muss man mögen

Alles so wie vom Betreiber beschrieben. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation und Empfang vor Ort. Kleinere Probleme wurden direkt behoben. Wunderbarer Ausblick, nur die direkte Straßenlage muss man halt wissen und mögen. Es ist sehr laut. Wenn man eine Weile da ist gewöhnt man sich daran. Ansonsten wäre etwas mehr Platz in den Schränken für die Gäste gut, da ist sehr viel von den Eigentümern selbst darin. Wir können die Unterkunft insgesamt weiter empfehlen.
