If the kitchen is the heart of a home, this casita is all love. The spacious kitchen features a butcher block island with high stools, a large attached dining area and quiet garden patio for enjoying your morning coffee..

Come live like a local in our stunning home. We are part of Campanilla Compound, a community of 15 individual homes, located just four blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. Like all of our homes, this two-story casita showcases traditional Southwestern architectural details, such as viga-beamed ceilings, Saltillo tiles and kiva fireplaces in the living room and bedrooms. The home has three full bathrooms, kiva fireplaces in the living room and bedrooms and two private upper balconies for reading and star-gazing. French doors in the living room lead to a grassy backyard generously shaded by a mature cottonwood tree. Throughout our home, you’ll find decor and furnishings that we’ve hand-selected to show off the beauty of authentic New Mexico living.

We’re located on a quiet, residential street close to all the culture and entertainment Santa Fe has to offer. A quick 10-minute walk will take you to all of the galleries, museums, restaurants and shops on the historic Plaza and Canyon Road. The Santa Fe National Forest and Ski Basin is just 12 miles away, giving you easy access to an endless number of trails, ski runs and breathtaking vistas.

The casita is perfect for two couples looking for a private Santa Fe getaway. It comes outfitted with all of the luxuries you’ll need during your stay, including a fully appointed kitchen, large flat screen TV, high-quality linens, soaps, a hairdryer, iron, washer and dryer, a stereo system with iPod dock and wifi throughout.

Sante fe get away

Beautiful property and grounds. Unit was perfect for our stay with lovely southwest design and decor. Clean and spacious, lots of windows and outdoor access. Very attentive and helpful staff. Close to downtown but easy access routes to all the national parks and landmarks we came to visit. Thanks for having us!!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location!

This property is wonderful--elegant, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with spectacular views of the city and sunsets. The location is perfect for a quick walk to The Plaza for shopping, museums, and restaurants. Kelly and the management team were also just great--professional and generous. So happy we stayed here and can't wait to return.

A perfect place to stay

We loved the house. The location was perfect for walking in to Santa Fe and easy parking on site. The house was so well equipped and comfortable - stylish and welcoming. A very quiet area. This lovely home was perfect for a relaxing week in Santa Fe! The home was very clean, quiet and equipped with everything we needed during our 9 day stay. The location was perfect for walking to downtown and Canyon Road activities and restaurants. We also loved the private balconies and patio for morning coffee and evening sips. Recommend!

We have probably stayed in a dozen different VRBO’s in Santa Fe and this is one of the nicest. Sparking clean, lots of room, three separate yard areas and a nice balcony. And just a very doable short walk to the square (tho there’s a bit of a hill coming back, not a big deal).

Perfect Location for Santa Fe

What an adorable and relaxing place to stay. Clean, fresh, comfortable and within walking distance to square, museums, restaurants. Everything was fresh and ready for us. Easy check in and check out. Comfy beds, relaxing back porch. Perfect porch to watch sun go down each evening. Highly recommend if you want to stay close to Square and enjoy walking everywhere.

Fantastic Location - will stay again

Great two bedroom southwest style place in a large compound. Kitchen was fully stocked. Close to the central plaza. Internet was very spotty. I had to use mobile data for two Zoom meetings (5G signal). Otherwise, a fabulous place. We will definitely book again. For you Santa Fe Wine and Chili Fiesta fans, this place is walking distance to the Grand Tasting on Saturday.

Santa Fe charm and close to everything

Campanilla Compound (unit 10) can only be described as designer comfort. Even the beautiful pictures on the VRBO site don’t do it justice! Designer linens and bedding in a southwest vibe only add to the charm of the unit. Multiple balconies from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountains -or- gorgeous sunset add to the experience. Fully equipped, bright kitchen w/ gas bbq right outside allowed us to cook in a few of the nights. On-site parking and easy check-in/check-out. 5-10 min walk to most things you’d want to see (I.e., Plaza, museums, restaurants, canyon road, etc). Can comfortably accommodate 2 couples. We were only 2 and enjoyed the extra space. Highly recommend!

Location location location

Lovely compound. Super convenient to everything. Parking was a breeze. Photos of the bedrooms are misleading. Only one of the two bedrooms upstairs is en-suite… so if you are renting with another couple the bedrooms are not equal in size or amenities and it made it awkward. The online photos made it look like they were more equal. A lot of the windows did not have screens. So the smaller bedroom was stuffy. There are plenty of fans in the closets. The patio water feature was so soothing. The courtyard was filled with flowers. Great balcony to watch sunset.

Suggested Improvements

More detailed descriptions to find the office from the street would be helpful when p picking up the key late at night. Instructions for using the TV must be. updated to match the equipment in Unit 10. Exisiting outdoor lighting must be operational; additional lighting on the paths should be installed to compensate for the unexpected small steps between the parking area and the front door.

A great place to stay in Santa Fe

This is a lovely property and a great fit for friends or family. And great for entertaining - indoors and outside. (We had friends over for dinner twice during our stay. The BBQ uses natural gas and is clean and efficient.) There are two upstairs bedrooms and a sofa downstairs that converts to a bed, with extra linens and pillows. Peaceful and quiet, set back from nearby roads, relaxing, it’s an ideal place to stay (we would stay here again). Bring indoors shoes or house slippers, as the floors (tile and wood) seemed very smooth. It is a short three-ish block walk (downhill) to the plaza. Sidewalks are quite uneven and generally only on one side of the road. Appropriate walking shoes are helpful; flaps are okay too. Many excellent places to eat (The Shed, The Pantry Rio, and more), all within walking distance. A great find and place to stay when visiting Santa Fe.

Wonderful home in a perfect location!

My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful home! The entire home was perfect - just the right feel for Santa Fe - but my favorite part was all the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed eating and reading outside and were able to watch amazing sunsets. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and nothing was missing that we needed. We would happily stay there again.

Top notch accommodations in a great location!

My husband, myself, and his sister and her husband enjoyed this VRBO in Santa Fe. It was a great location for walking to the Plaza. The 2 bedrooms and 3 baths were nicely decorated and ample. Great outdoor seating for a visit with another couple who popped over…they may be your next renters as they were quite taken with the place, too!

Classic Santa Fe

We do VRBO rentals often, and this Santa Fe property is wonderful. This is our second time at Campanilla Compound; we stayed in Unit 10 which has classic Northern New Mexico architecture, beautiful decor, tiva fireplaces in the bedrooms and living room, 4 patios to sit out on, each providing lovely views and peacefulness, yet privacy from neighbors, one with a fountain. The location is convenient walking to restaurants and shopping. It is a bit of an uphill climb back from the plaza, but you can always take a vehicle down if preferred.
