SUMMARY

Casa Alba is for those who seek the privacy and peace of this enchanted high-desert retreat. This classy condo backs up to 95 private acres with hiking trails in the serene foothills of Tesuque just across the street from the Four Seasons Resort. You will also have access to a communal pool during the summer.



LIVING AREA

The living room features large glass doors that allow you to take in the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains. The large fireplace and smart TV make it a perfect gathering space with ample ambiance.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The top of the split-level space features the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, which look over the living area for a communal feel when preparing and eating your home-cooked meals.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms have a unique and stunning aesthetic. The guest bedroom features a gorgeous wooden bed frame and an abundance of southwestern artwork. High windows provide natural light while maintaining privacy. The primary suite features a romantic decorative kiva fireplace and a private patio.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio off of the living room features lounge furniture on which you can enjoy the expansive views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. In addition, the home backs up to 95 private acres of hiking trails in the serene foothills of Tesuque. The home also has access to a communal pool during the summer.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Wonderful getaway!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Santa Fe and this unit was a big part of it. We really love the surroundings and the quiet and all just a quick trip to downtown. It rained and was chilly a few nights so having the fireplace was a treat. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I, along with another couple, spent a long weekend here while in town for a wedding at the Four Seasons (close enough to where we walked over to the wedding). Just an absolutely incredible home. We will be back!

Peaceful gem

Property was located in a peaceful and private area about 10 miles outside of downtown Santa Fe. Very quiet grounds nestled in the Tesuque hills near Four Seasons resort and walking trails. The unit was decorated in a southwest theme, very clean and well stocked. Property management company was very responsive and communicative making the check in process and stay very smooth. This was my first experience with a VRBO and it exceeded my expectations!

Vrbo meets Hotel

This is a very clean, nice and comfortable property. We also stayed in a similar property in the same development but had to shift due to booking constraints. Both were excellent. I will say that the Two Casitas property is more like a hotel than a vrbo. VRBO properties often include items found in an actual second home; spices, condiments, pens, sticky notes, ice, barware, and personalized decor. This property was pretty spartan. Still wayyyy better than your average hotel, but not furnished w the amenities or personalized elements/communication often found via VRBO.
