This property is located with walking distance to Mouans Sartoux (the adress is Grasse, while distance to Mouans Sartoux is very close). There is a Boulangerie and a market with fresh fruits and local food products, only 200 meters from the house. Excellent to buy fresh pastries in the morning. The area is calm and the view towards Castelleras is nice. Less than 1 kilometer to St Donat Golf course.
