About this property

Family home with a garden in the center of Alkmaar, 25 minutes from the beach

Family home in the city centre with a garden and a view of the park.
A lovely house built in 1901, located in the centre of Alkmaar, overlooking the Kennemerpark.

The house is close to the beach (a 25-minute drive to Egmond and Bergen aan Zee) and nearby dunes, forests, and Amsterdam.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants just around the corner, and the train and bus stations are also within walking distance.

Please note: our cat, Chip, stays in the house. We have an automatic cat feeder, so she only needs some attention and fresh water in the morning.

A beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay in Alkmaar. The house was beautiful in an amazing location between the city centre and a canal. We took advantage of the bikes provided and cycled around the city. The house cat Chip was a lovely company. We will definitely choose to stay again if the house is available next time we visit Alkmaar.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
