Lovely terraced villa with sea view and independent entrance, inside the beautiful L'Ancora area, completely renovated in June 2020. The house consists of living room with kitchen area (complete) and sofa bed, a double bedroom with bathroom (with window), large outdoor veranda of 30 square meters and garden. The property has an exclusive parking space. Ideal for a couple (even with child).
