Ideal base for your excursions with over 50 km of easily accessible cycle paths and for your dives in the fishy and pristine coves of the North-West coast. Located just 500 meters of dirt road from the provincial road, away from the confusion of the village and the most crowded subdivisions, it still allows you to reach the village of Stintino and the renowned beaches of Saline and Pelosa in a few minutes by car. The thick walls of the old building make the large room with open kitchen and the two bedrooms served by bathrooms and two bathrooms fresh and welcoming. The comfortable outdoor veranda is the alternative to the large internal spaces to have your meals.

Classy holiday villa in a wunderful vicinity

The house is located in a peaceful vicinity, there is just nature - perfect domicile for relaxing far away from mass tourism. It is clean and well equipped, moreover the bed is quite comfortable. The owner is taking care in a kindly way for any wishes and requests of his guests. A great cost effectiveness! If we'll have the chance, we will come back to this villa!!

The vibe wasn’t there

Terrace was nice, but the surrounding made the whole property a bit uncomfortable & unrelaxing. On the other side of house was a wooden cottage fenced with garbage and it’s far from any civilization. Although the house was properly equipped, it felt a bit rundown.

Schön gelegenes Anwesen mitten im nirgendwo.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Zufahrtsstrasse war in einem guten Zustand, ohne Schlaglöcher. Die vielen verschiedenen VogelgesĂ€nge haben uns fasziniert. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war unkompliziert.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Marco ist ein super Gastgeber! Er hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps geben können! (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufen usw.) Das kleine Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht! Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber in Empfang genommen. Die grosse Terrasse ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet! HÀngematte, Gartenmöbel, Grill, Aussendusche - super! Auch die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus wurde scheinbar renoviert, perfekt fahrbar ohne Schlagschlöcher :o) Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien (inkl. Hund) und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein ruhiges und gemĂŒtliches HĂ€uschen,das sehr gut ausgestattet ist und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Abends hört man die grillen und Geckos,die auch gerne Mal ins Haus gehen.Der Besitzer ist super schnell erreichbar und gibt tolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Check in war unkompliziert,alles war so wie im Inserat beschrieben.Der Garten ist recht groß,hat eine Dusche,HĂ€ngematte und viel Schatten durch die BĂ€ume. Im Haus ist es schön kĂŒhl.Die Umgebung war sehr trocken und staubig auf dem ganzen Stinino Abschnitt. Die StrĂ€nde solala.Mit Hund aber außer in Pelosa unkompliziert.Zum Haus fĂŒhrt ein Schotterweg,der eigentlich super gut befahrbar wĂ€re,leider aber gefĂŒhlt 1000 Schlaglöcher hat,die auch recht tief sind. Mit Schritttempo geht es ,nervt aber wenn man mindestens 2 x / Tag durch muss.Da uns der Teil der Insel nicht so gefallen hat,werden wir wohl nicht mehr dort wohnen. Aber das Haus ist wirklich toll.

Schön war's!

Das Haus: Sehr sauber und gemĂŒtlich, allerdings auch kalt im April. Der Kamin ist leider nur ein Zierkamin, aber man hat uns eine Gas-/Stromheizung hingestellt. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist erweiterungsfĂ€hig - wir haben erstmal ein Brotmesser gekauft und da wir gerne kochen, wĂ€re auch ein Schneebesen etc. nicht schlecht gewesen. Was das Vorhandensein von HandtĂŒchern und BettwĂ€sche angeht, erfĂ€hrt man leider erst spĂ€ter, dass man diese entweder mitbringen oder mieten muss. Das hat mich ein wenig geĂ€rgert. FĂŒr 15 pro Person gibt es 1 GĂ€stetuch, 1 Handtuch und ein Duschlaken. Nich extra zu bezahlen sind 1 Geschirrtuch und 1 KĂŒchenhandtuch. Da muss man dann 14 Tage mit auskommen...Die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden.Seine Ruhe hat man dort und in knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß ist man an den Klippen - sehr schön. Auch der Außenbereich ist toll und wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt.. Die ca. 600 m lange Zufahrt war mit Schlaglöchern ĂŒbersĂ€ht - da muss man sehr vorsichtig fahren.WettermĂ€ĂŸig hatten wir das komplette Programm - April halt. FĂŒr uns die richtige Reisezeit, denn alles ist sattgrĂŒn und alles blĂŒht in sĂ€mtlichen Farben - wunderschön!

Cette bergerie perdue sur la presqu'ile de STINTINO du nom de ce splendide port avec au nord la plage de Pelosa, offre aussi l'avantage d'ĂȘtre directement en pleine nature proche d'une cĂŽte vraiment sauvage Ă  l'ouest et d'une belle plage de sable et de fin galet blanc Ă  l'est. Localisation au calme et Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de belles plages et de criques ! Nombreux sentiers Ă©galement pour se promener. Grande terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able pour les soirĂ©es d Ă©tĂ©. Les enfants ont adorĂ© le hammac et la douche extĂ©rieure Ă©tait egalement trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.. La maison est spacieuse, bien dĂ©corĂ©e et trĂšs agreable Ă  vivre (elle reste fraiche mĂȘme en Ă©tĂ©) Nous etions ravis de notre sejour.

Ein inspirierender Ort!

FĂŒr uns war es ein sehr stimmiger, inspirierender Ort! Die zu Fuss gut erreichbare wilde FelsenkĂŒste war fĂŒr mich sehr wichtig, die SonnenuntergĂ€nge wirklich wunderschön. Die vielen „strada privata“ Schilder waren fĂŒr uns FussgĂ€nger kein Problem. Mit dem Fahrrad sind auch die StrĂ€nde gut erreichbar. Nach Stintino habe ich mit meinem alten, klapprigen Velo, (nicht elektro), ca 40 Min. gebraucht. Es gibt viele spannende Ausflugsziele. Aber der grosse Vorplatz, mit Holzdach und den BĂ€umchen und der Dusche, ĂŒberhaupt die ganze Anlage war fĂŒr uns der wichtigste Aufenthaltsort. Auch der Wohnraum ist gut eingerichtet. Im angebauten NachbarhĂ€uschen waren manchmal Leute, aber das war nicht störend. Die Strasse hört man je nach Wetter mehr oder weniger. Aber die vielen Vogelstimmen und das Gegurre der Geckos hst dies wieder gut gemacht. Wir haben und wohl gefĂŒhlt! ( Aber MĂŒckenmittel nicht vergessen, zumindest in dieser Jahreszeit wo es doch auch manchmal feucht war) Vielen Dank Marco! Judith und Alexander

calme, paisible, idéal pour se ressourcer

Bergerie rĂ©habilitĂ©e avec une belle piĂšce Ă  vivre , une spacieuse terrasse ombragĂ©e et barbecue. Endroit paisible car en retrait dans la campagne, agrĂ©able pour promener nos chiens . HĂŽte disponible et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Seul petit bĂ©mol : l'antenne tĂ©lĂ© car nous ne captions pas en fonction du temps, certaines chaĂźnes mĂȘme italiennes.

beau séjour en Sardaigne

Location situĂ©e au calme dans la campagne stintinienne, il faut faire environ 500m sur un chemin de terre pour rejoindre la maison, idĂ©al si vous cherchez du calme. AgrĂ©able terrasse couverte indispensable par les fortes chaleurs, douche extĂ©rieure trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. SituĂ©e Ă  environ 1km Ă  pieds de magnifiques criques rocheuses sur la cĂŽte ouest trĂšs peu frĂ©quentĂ©e, avec magnifique coucher de soleil. Manque peut ĂȘtre des transats pour se reposer... Schönes gemĂŒtliches Domizil

Pace e relax

Natura incontaminata ampi spazi pertinenti alla casa, Marco ù stato super gentile, ogni consiglio ù stato oltre che gradito anche sempre azzeccato. Questa soluzione ù ideale per famiglie con bambini, animali che per felicità loro possono essere lasciati liberi e per chi ama passeggiare lontano dal caos e inquinamento... in pochi minuti attraverso una strada “privata” si posso raggiungere calette fantastiche ma sopratutto con molta privacy. Le uniche cose viventi sulla spiaggia oltre a voi ai pesci e ai gabbiani possono essere solo altri animali....in 15 giorni non ù mai venuto nessuno.... Consiglio vivamente di provarlo.

ProprietĂ  sita in piena campagna (isolata), una breve strada bianca per raggiungere la strada principale. 10 minuti da Stintino. 5 minuti dalle altre spiaggia. Andate ad Ezzi Mannu.

Einsamkeit genießen

Der alte Schafstall liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wir haben es genossen, ungestört im Garten die Außendusche zu nutzen. Zum Strand und zum Einkauf muss man das Auto nutzen.
