For the older teens, the second floor is ideal with its self contained kitchenette, lounge, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom.
There is one ground floor bedroom- ideal for those who would rather not have to climb stairs...

The lounge boasts large chesterfield sofas with a roaring fire and doors out onto the patio and grounds.

With acres of woodland, BBQ, GOZNEY Pizza oven, table tennis, wood fired hot tub and loads of outdoor garden games we think we have thought of everything for the perfect rural getaway...

Birthday celebration
Lovely house with very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, very well stocked kitchen and a large garden. We really enjoyed making cocktails in the bar, sitting around the fire pit and playing rounders in the sunshine. Fabulous weekend!

Fantastic party weekend at Abbots Court!
We had an amazing weekend at Abbots Court, celebrating with a large group of friends. The house has everything needed and more, in an idyllic countryside location. All bedrooms were incredibly spacious and decorated to a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed the large dining room (shout out to AKO Dining, who cooked us some amazing meals!) and the bar! The property manager Christina was extremely communicative and helpful throughout. I could not recommend Abbots Court more highly.

Fantastic property
We had a really lovely stay in the property and would highly recommend it. From the beginning Christina answered all our questions promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. The property is well located for exploring the Jurassic Coast, it’s beautifully decorated and filled with lovely little touches. We felt very lucky to holiday there. All the rooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our party of 13 and 2 dogs! The gardens in particular are stunning and we spent many hours enjoying them in the sunshine. The hamper of goodies on arrival was also very much appreciated. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Great location for quality time with friends
I can’t fault Abbots Court or the team that run it. The property is brilliantly appointed and has all the necessary components for a great place to stay. The setting was amazing, surrounded on all sides by farmland makes for a very relaxing location. Although rural and tranquil it was still close enough to get to loads of places for day trips and only a short stroll from the local pub. The grounds are epic and provided a fantastic safe space for the kids to play and explore. From my very first communication with Christina and Elizabeth they were very helpful and prompt with their responses and knew the answers to all my questions. We really enjoyed our stay, just wished we could have stayed longer!!

Beautiful house with extensive grounds in private setting
We loved this charming property. Loads of space and elegant decor. We gathered outside due to Covid rules but it worked! The hot tub was a challenge to heat to the right temperature but good fun. Some hairdryers would be good. The pub down the road in the village was excellent. We would happily come back and stay here again!
