Bright and modern apartment in the city center

Renovated two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the famous Portal del Ángel, and next to the Church of Santa Anna.

You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The bathroom has a shower.

Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.

The apartments may vary in terms of decor and layout, but they all have the same general features. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a specific apartment.

Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self-check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.

Arrivals after 9pm incur an additional charge of €30.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
