Newly renovated and fully serviced boutique apartment with private terrace, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The apartment also has 2 complete bathrooms. Professional 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday. The apartment sleeps 5 people with 4 individual beds that can be put together to make king size double beds and one full sized bunk bed.



The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a homemade made. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.



Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum.



Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The location was fantastic—close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet in a neighborhood that felt authentic and not overly touristy. It was the perfect balance of convenience and local charm.The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. All of the listed amenities were available and in great condition, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We truly had everything we needed.One of the highlights was the thoughtful list of recommendations provided by our hosts. We tried several of the nearby restaurants they suggested, and every single one was delicious—clearly well-curated local favorites we might never have found on our own.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxed, welcoming place to enjoy the area.

Great location close to the subway stations, markets, and cafes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in the booking and checking in process. One star docked due to the condition of the unit. The kitchen isn’t super well stocked, the bathrooms could use updating (especially the master bathroom, which does not have a shower curtain, so water covers the floor with every shower), and the windows in one of the bedrooms cannot be opened due to the bunk bed being in the way, among some other small annoyances. Otherwise, the AC works great and the elevator entrance into the unit is very handy. The location can be busy late into the night, which didn’t bother us, but may be an issue for people sensitive to noise at night.

Perfect apartment in a beautiful neighborhood!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this penthouse apartment! Elevator access to the top floor apartment- we enjoyed the lovely terrace, the pretty decor, and the thoughtful amenities (shampoo, body wash, washing machine, instant coffee, wifi). The hosts were responsive, helpful, and very professional. The neighborhood was fantastic too- beautiful, quieter area with easy access to the heart of the city.

Quaint apartment with a great location

Overall, our stay was great! We are a family of 6 (2 teens, 2 younger children) and the rooms were very accommodating for our family. The bunk beds were great for our younger boys, and the double room was great for our teens. We could hear them laughing and giggling and reconnecting as siblings who rarely spend time together anymore. As for the apartment itself, it was very clean when we arrived and they offer a daily cleaning service (no charge) to make up beds and the apartment. Cleaning towels and bed linen is an extra fee, but not really necessary as they have a washing machine in house to take care of that if necessary. The apartment is equipped with all the basics needed for a family, although our only small inconvenience was perhaps there could have been a few extra towels provided for things like the beach or general use. Our host was amazing and greeted us at the apartment and went thru everything very thoroughly with us. There is a small elevator that opens right to the apartment, which is a nice convenience. Additionally, the apartment is very central to the train station and all the cool downtown core places in Barcelona. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and had a very pleasant family experience here! Highly recommend.
