Nestled in the heart of Kasteli, this villa offers a delightful blend of traditional aesthetics and modern amenities. Its intimate layout comprises two inviting rooms—a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed—a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen adorned with rustic charm. For entertainment, guests can indulge in the villa's LCD TV, DVD player, audio player, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.



Unwinding from the summer heat is a breeze at Villa Thira, thanks to its private garden featuring a soothing Jacuzzi. Ascend a small outdoor staircase to reach the villa's private terrace, a sun-kissed sanctuary perfect for sunbathing and treating oneself to breathtaking vistas of the village's monuments and the Aegean Sea.

Villa Thira is part of a cluster of six luxurious traditional houses, each boasting a private pool and terrace. Located in the well-preserved settlement of Emporio village in Santorini, the names of these houses draw inspiration from significant periods in the island's history.



Nestled on the eastern side of the settlement's hill, these villas offer a serene and authentic atmosphere unspoiled by mass tourism. Positioned on varying levels along the slope of a hill, the houses provide panoramic views of the preserved settlement (Kasteli) and the sparkling sea. Guests' privacy is safeguarded by towering outdoor walls, while contemporary amenities ensure an ideal setting for relaxation.



Dating back to the early 20th century, the five stone-built houses have undergone meticulous renovations and restorations over the past 17 years, meticulously preserving their architectural character and incorporating the unique craftsmanship of local artisans.
