Welcome to "Ladevesa Apartment", with the best location and views of the center of Elche (old town).
It has 3 rooms, all of them with views of the Congress Palace. It is newly renovated and equipped, with new and modern furniture.
The entire apartment enjoys excellent natural lighting thanks to its unbeatable orientation with unobstructed views.
2* full bathrooms and large kitchen open to the living room, highlighting 3 different spaces where you can enjoy a family meal, a romantic dinner or moments of relaxation.
Each room and living room has a state-of-the-art (IA) TV, where you can enjoy (as long as the guest has a subscription) exclusive content from platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Rakuten, etc. The 3 rooms have a ceiling fan and the living room with air conditioning / heating.
The kitchen has a large and new equipment: washer / dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer and utensils necessary for cooking.
Some Coffee capsules are included as a courtesy.
*2 bathrooms only available for 2 o 3 bedrooms booked.
**Washer and dryer only available for reservations of 6 nights or more.

I welcome you to my apartment in a privileged location in the city of Elche, any place of interest that you wish to visit (Huerto del Cura, Básilica de Santa María, events in the Conference Center, Grand Theater, the Palm Tree Museum, the Glorieta , the best restaurants in the city etc) you have it just a few steps away. It has been recently completely renovated with great enthusiasm to offer quality service, hoping that each guest who stays feels at home and makes the most of their stay.
***Additional information: Check-in after 21:00 will have an extra cost of 30E.
***Checking is not allowed before 17:30 or after 23:59.
***Check-out until 11:00 am
***Late-Check-out subject to availability until 3:00 p.m. with a supplement of 60E in cash, from 3:00 p.m. onwards the full day is charged.
