Therefore, you’ll need to fill out a registration form, which I can email to you; please fill it out and return it to the same email address once signed. There should be one registration form for each guest.<br> Or, if you prefer, you can fill it out upon arrival.<br><br>Upon arrival at the property, the guest will sign a rental agreement for a non-primary residence for the duration of the stay, which will include the same dates, name, and amount as those listed in the reservation the guest made with VRBO. A template of this contract will be provided along with the registration form required by Spanish authorities, so that the guest can review it prior to the arrival date. <br><br>For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist rental—Tourism Contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024, August 2, and Law 15/2018, June 7. Of the GVA Council)<br>For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental—Seasonal Contract (Pursuant to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23)
