We had a fabulous week at Valerio’s house in Perd’e sali! The location is stunning, beautiful clear water and gorgeous views. We will miss the veranda, the sun rises and the moon over the sea. We will definitely be back! Grazie Valerio

Tutto corrispondente all'annuncio. Valerio non ci ha fatto mamcare nulla e la sua disponibilità è stata eccellente. Ottima posizione, direttamente sul mare, casa pulitissima e attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane magnifiche e con vista mare h24. Noi ci torneremo. Consigliatissima!

Valerio è stato gentilissimo e si è fatto in quattro per farci stare bene ed soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La villa è esattamente come descritto: grande giardino recintato, con un cancello direttamente sulla spiaggia. La piccola veranda in muratura ci ha offerto una meravigliosa vista sul mare durante i pasti... impagabile. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, sia per la vita domestica, sia per la spiaggia. Posizione geografica eccezionale tra Cagliari (da visitare!) e le stupende spiagge della zona di Chia e Teulada. Consigliatissimo!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses possibilités de promenades, restaurants, visites culturelles ou de détente. Merci Valerio

Maison vieillissante mais proche de la mer

Valerio est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant . Sa maison reste vieillissante, douche , équipement cuisine , disjonction maison avec lave vaisselle, Clim portative chambre avec fenêtre ouverte . Le nombre de KW est à prendre en compte dans l’annonce et surtout à voir . Nous avons atteint le quota en ne la mettant que 3 fois durant 1 semaine.Le positionnement de la maison est extra et juste à côté d’un plage très sympa . Attention énorme tde moustique dans cette région et devient vite désagréable.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Strandlage

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sechs Erwachsenen für eine Woche auf Sardinien in der Ferienwohnung von Valerio. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Strandblick direkt von der Terrasse. Valerio ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich wünschen kann. Er ist freundlich, humorvoll und versorgte uns stets mit Tipps zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Séjour a perde sali

La maison ai très bien situé, elle a de bon équipement. La plage au fond du jardin ai une plage avec des galets mais dans l'eau c'est du sable les enfants ont pieds assez loin c'est parfait. Le seul bémol c'est que ne savions pas c'est que c'est une maison mitoyenne et le parking ai à partager entre les locataires et toute la maison n'ai pas climatisé . Sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour et valerio nous a très bien accueilli rien a dire.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft!

Wir können nichts bemängeln - der ruhige, flache Strand direkt vor dem Haus hat den Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern für uns perfekt gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat eine gedeckte Terrasse, so dass wir auch an einem Regentag genug Platz hatten. Einen großen Garten gibt es als Extra auch noch. Und mit Auto sind viele weitere Strände in der Umgebung schnell zu erreichen.
