Meraviglioso

Lovely house and grounds, we really enjoyed our holiday stay here. Super comfortable and cozy. All Air con units, appliances and toilets in good working order. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen, cozy living room and a large veranda. Shower cubicle is a little small, but the bathrooms are spacious. We loved the pool, large garden and flora with views of the hills, beach access and established resort community amenities. Convenient location base in southern Sardegna. Good roads, easy drives to Pula, Chia, Cagliari. Silvia is a very accommodating host. Grazie Mille!

Nice house with a pool

We spent 1 week of our family holiday in this place, the kids loved the pool, the house is only a short walk away from the beach. We really enjoyed our holidays there!

Nice House

The house is very nice and very well equipped. The air conditioning works perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. The garden and the pool are also very nice. Nearby are the beautiful Chia beaches and the nice town Pula (ca. 10 -15 minutes drive away). The only thing to criticize is the nearby steet SS195 which is very noisy.

Wonderful Villa!

We had a fantastic week at this villa. It has everything you need, with spacious rooms and a lovely conservatory for relaxing/eating in. The garden is huge and filled with gorgeous tropical plants with a beautiful private pool where we spent most of our afternoons and evenings! The pool lights up at night in different colours which the kids absolutely loved! The beach is a short 10-minute walk - although not the nicest beach in the area - a lot of seaweed and not such clear water as some of the amazing Chia beaches which are only a 10-minute drive away and worth getting up early to visit before they get too crowded and hot! The villa is also a short drive from Pula which is a gorgeous little town with lots of restaurants, cafe's and gelateria's as well as live music most nights we were there. The only thing I could criticize is that the beds/pillows were hard and uncomfortable and the shower cubicles were really tiny and hard to get in and out of. Just small details that didn't affect our holiday though and aside from that, everything was perfect and we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again soon.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und es mangelt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Es gibt 4 Sitzbereiche im Haus und durch den Wintergarten der von 3 Seiten verglast ist kann man gut ohne Wespen essen. In der Küche findet man alle Geräte, um ein schönes Essen zu kochen. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und dadurch sind auch die warmen, italienischen Nächte gut auszuhalten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Einzig bei den Duschen könnte es für beleibtere Menschen zum Problem kommen, weil die recht schmal sind. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Auch da finden sich mehrere Sitzbereiche und verschiedene Liegen um sich den schönsten Platz am großen Pool zu suchen. Der Garten ist von allen Seiten von Hecken umgeben und nicht einsehbar. Die Straße ist nah, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Durch das untere Gartentor ist man in 5 Minuten am Meer. Wir fanden es außerdem schön, dass das Haus in einer geschlossenen Anlage liegt und man sich sehr sicher fühlt. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist man außerdem in maximal 15 Minuten an den schönsten Stränden Südsardiniens. Unsere Favoriten sind Spiaggia di Cipolla und Spiaggia di Piscinni.Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wunderschöne Herbstferien in Santa Margherita Di Pula

Wir konnten wunderschöne Herbsttage in dem Haus von Silvia geniessen. Der Garten ist einmalig: Gross mit einem tollen Pool und wunderschöner Vegetation.

Herrlicher Familienurlaub

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Paolo herumgeführt und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Das Haus ist liebevoll i sardischen Stil eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind hell und geräumig. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen. In der kleinen Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Der geräumige Wintergarten wurde von uns als Ess- und Spielezimmer benutzt. Im unteren Teil des sehr großen und herrlichen Gartens befindet sich ein schöner großer Pool mit unterschiedlichen Tiefen, den die Kinder ausgiebig nutzten. Da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist konnte sich unser Hund frei bewegen, was er auch ausgiebig nutzte. Der in 5 Gehminuten erreichbare Strand ist nicht sehr schön, weshalb wir meist für ein paar Stunden zum 10 Fahrtminuten entfernten Su Giudeu fuhren. Silvia hat sich öfter erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und kam mit ihrem Mann am Abreisetag vorbei, um uns zu verabschieden, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr wegfahren, also hat der Familienrat beschlossen, sicherlich wieder eine schöne Ferienwoche in diesem tollen Haus zu verbringen. Grazie Silvia

Wir haben es geliebt

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in einer schönen Unterkunft mit einem fantastischen Pool. Wunderschöner Wintergarten so dass man im Hochsommer auch die Wespen aussperren kann ;-) Auch wenn das Haus nicht neu ist, super in Schuss und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aber das absolute Highlight war der Pool. Super sauber und gepflegt, unter Palmen gelegen. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100%

Sehr schönes Haus und Garten, aber der Pool ...

Ich habe mit meiner Familie 3 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und aufgeteilt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden in der Küche and man vermisst nichts. Zudem verfügt das Haus über einen Wintergarten und ein sehr großes Grundstück. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Auch der Weg zum mehr ist recht kurz. Lediglich die nahe Lage zur Hauptstraße könnte man anmerken, da diese teilweise gut zu hören ist. Nun aber zum negativen Punkt und das ist der Pool. Der Pool war uns beim Haus sehr wichtig und hat auch einen beträchtlichen Anteil vom Hauspreis ausgemacht. Leider scheint der Pool nicht ordnungsgemäß und professional gewartet zu werden. In den ersten beiden Tagen haben wir alle roten Hausauschlag und Wunden bekommen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich ein Pool-Testkit gekauft und fest gestellt, dass der ph Wert zu niedrig ist und es dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Der Vermieter lieferte PH-Plus. Zurückgerechnet auf die Menge an PH-Plus was in den Pool getan wurde, muss der Anfangswert im besten Fall bei 2.5ph gelegen haben. Das ist sehr schlecht und erklärt die Hautverletzungen aufgrund derer wir auch nicht im Meer baden konnten. Mir ist unklar wie man einen Pool auf dieses PH-Level bekommt. Zwischendurch wurde ein "Pool-Profi" geschickt, der auch den ph-Wert messen wollte. Meine Frau musste ihm erklären, dass man den ph-Wert nicht in der Kammer für Chlor (DPD) misst sondern in der für Phenol-Red. Ab der zweiten Woche war die Pool-Chemie dann ok und alles perfekt. Aufgrund der unprofessionellen Pool-Chemie und Hautverletzungen ziehe ich jedoch 3 Sterne ab. Ich habe beim Vermieter und Fewo-Direkt eine anteilige Rückerstattung für den Pool in der ersten Woche erfragt, jedoch keine Rückmeldung von jemanden bekommen.

Eine Woche Urlaub war zu kurz. Alles in allem gut. Durch die Nähe zur Straße waren die Geräusche vom Straßenverkehr schon präsent und manchmal störend. +++ Pool natürlich Mega Cool ++++

Villa stupenda a due passi dal mare

(English below) La villa è bellissima, immersa nel verde, in un residence riservato e molto tranquillo. Con una breve camminata si arriva alla spiaggia, graziosa e accogliente. Mentre in pochi minuti in auto si raggiungono le bellissime spiagge di Chia e Tuerredda. La casa al suo interno ha tutte le comodità, è grande, spaziosa, e arredata con gusto. Le camere sono molto ampie e tutte dotate di climatizzatore (presente anche in cucina). Il giardino è ricco, molto ampio e ben tenuto, e la piscina è particolarmente piacevole. La signora Silvia è sempre stata molto disponibile e gentile. Location estremamente consigliata! ENGLISH: The villa is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, in a private and very quiet residence. A short walk takes you to the beach, which is lovely and welcoming. While in a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Chia and Tuerredda. The house is large, spacious and tastefully furnished. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning (also in the kitchen). The garden is rich, very large and well maintained, and the swimming pool is particularly pleasant. Mrs Silvia was always very helpful and kind. Location highly recommended!

Traumurlaub in fantastischem Haus mit Pool

Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung im Artikel. Eigentlich ist es schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Silvia und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Vielen Dank dafür!! Das Haus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Areal und ist nur mittels autom. Hoftor mit Zahlencode zu erreichen. Also sehr sicher! Das sehr große Grundstück besteht aus viel wunderschönem Garten, dem Haus, dem sehr schönen und gepflegtem Pool und der Einfahrt mit Hof und Carport. Tatsächlich haben wir das Areal nur für 3 Strandbesuche, Einkäufen oder Stadtbesuchen verlassen. Wer Ruhe sucht mit seiner Familie ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Wir haben Pula und Cagliari besucht. Beides sehr schöne Städte die es wert sind zu sehen. Einkäufe haben in Pula erledigt, etwa 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Der Strand direkt im Areal ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings waren wir meist am schöneren Sandstrand in Chia. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir können es jedem bestens weiter empfehlen!

Peace and quiet in the sunny Sardinia

The house is not new, but comfortable and everything is in good condition. The large garden and swimming pool allow you to spend the whole day on site if you don't like to move. If you do like it, a small beach is 5 minutes walk and beautiful beaches of Chia are 10 minutes drive away. Silvia is a friendly and helpful host - everything from check-in to check-out, through small tips and assistance, went smoothly and with a smile. If you want to spend your summer vacation with your family or as a couple, away from the noise and crowds, this is your place.

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und auch ein großes Tiefkühlfach. Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Dunstabzug, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher alles sehr sauber. Die Mülltrennung ist wie in Deutschland. Jeden Abend kann man den Müll zur Abholung vor das Gartentor stellen. Für den Pool gibt es einen Putz-Roboter der Boden, Wände und Stufen reinigt. Der Wintergarten ist mit großen Glasschiebetüren zu allen drei Seiten zu öffnen. Wlan war sehr gut. Den Fernseher konnten wir nicht benutzen, da es nur italienische Programme gab. Die Satellitenanlage konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es keinen Receiver gab. Handtücher, Duschtücher und Bettwäsche ist alles vorhanden. Die Badezimmer verfügen über sehr kleine Duschen mit Eckeinstieg ( ca. 65 cm ). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Silvia und ihre Familie sind sehr nett, die Anreise und Abreise war ganz unproblematisch. SOGGIORNO MERAVIGLIOSO

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno a dir poco meravilgioso! Location fantastica, attornata dal verde con intorno spiagge meravigliose e servizi accessibili a pochissima distanza. La casa dispone di tutti i comfort e anche di più! E' dotata di climatizzatore, rete wi fi, fornita di vassoi, ciotole, piatti suppellettili, pentole e tazze di ogni genere, addirittura abbiamo trovato beni di prima necessità come acqua e prodotti per la pulizia, sembrava di essere a casa propria! La casa dispone poi di un parcheggio privato all'ombra (!) e di un meraviglioso giardino, assolutamente ben curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, nonché di una bellissima piscina assolutamente pulita (durante il ns soggiorno più volte si è recato il giardiniere per sistemare e pulire il giardino e la piscina, addirittura la proprietaria stessa è venuta a portarci le pastiglie per disinfettare l'acqua). Altro aspetto da non trascurare è il fatto che la proprietà è circondata da vegetazione tale da garantire riservatezza e quiete. Non solo! ci siamo sentiti assolutamente sicuri, tanto da non chiudere nemmeno la porta a chiave, in quanto la proprietà è custodita da un guardiano. La proprietaria è stata super gentile, ci accolto molto calorosamente e ci ha fornito anche il suo numero di telefono in modo da poterla contattare in ogni momento per qualunque esigenza. Per concludere, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza stupenda in una fantastica casa, non possiamo che dare 5 stelle!

The house is great, perfect location !

We had a perfect stay. The house is even nicer than on the pictures. It is really well furnished and the garden is very nice with several spots to rest in the shade. The pool is big and refreshing. The location is perfect, only one minute driving distance from a small supermarket and 10 min driving distance from the amazing beach of Chia. Silvia and Marco are great hosts, very friendly and reactive.

Welcoming Casa Silvia!

Casa Silvia is very welcoming: it seems you are in your own house! Inside there are 2 large bedrooms and a bedroom for babies, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a place you can eat every evening. The pool and the garden are a very relaxing oasis: an excellent place you can rest and drink a cocktail before dinner. Casa Silvia is well located near wonderful Chia beaches, one of the best sea of Sardinia.

De belles et bonnes vacances dans un have de paix

"Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette belle villa spacieuse et fort agréable. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement en nous offrant même des spécialités de la région. Le jardin est immense et splendide. La piscine est un véritable havre de paix et baignée de soleil dans cet immese jardin.Nos trois enfants et nous même avons adoré cet endroit ou il faisait bon se reposer et se détendre. La Villa est sans vis à vis et bien protégée par la verdure. La maison est spacieuse et bien entretenue. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et en gardons un excellent souvenir de cet endroit et des propriétaires. Christine"

Eine wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben inzwischen 5x in der Casa Silvia unsere Ferien verbracht. Villa: Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, im sardischen Stil eingerichtet (viel blau und weiß) und besitzt alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool und Garten sind einfach nur wunderschön mit den vielen Blumen, Palmen und Olivenbäumen. Material zum Reinigen des Pools ist vorhanden, ebenso ein Grill und ein Fahrrad. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß mit sehr viel Platz. Lage: Die Villa selbst liegt in einer geschlossenen Anlage " Is Morus Relais" und nur Anwohner der Anlage kommen mit einem Schlüssel hinein. Das Grundstück liegt sehr nahe an der Straße von Pula nach Chia, wir haben dies aber nicht als störend empfunden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt bei dem man alles bekommt liegt ca 5 Autominuten entfernt, ein größerer Supermarkt findet sich in Pula. Der Strand von Is Morus ist nicht der schönste, aber in 15 Minuten ist man in Chia mit seinen traumhaft weißen langen Sandstränden. Eigentümer: Die Eigentümer der Villa sind sehr nett und unkompliziert und die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat jedes Jahr perfekt funktioniert! Vielen Dank! Für uns sind es immer wieder traumhafte Ferien in einer wunderschönen Villa an einem tollen Platz von dem aus man es nicht weit hat nach Chia zu seinen traumhaften Stränden sowie zu dem netten Städtchen Pula. Auch ein Ausflug nach Cagliari sollte man unbedingt machen. Ein Auto ist auf ganz Sardinien ein "Muss"!

joli, mais quelques mauvaises surprises

mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée car la maison est en bord de route donc très bruyant malgré les dires de la propriétaire. le jardin et la maison sont très bien entretenus, la piscine est agréable mais par manque de chance il y a eu un problème de moteur et nous n avons pas pu nous en servir pendant 3 jours. le système électrique laisse à désirer, plusieurs fois par jour cela disjonctait dès qu'il y avait plus de 2 appareils électriques en marche; à 6 personnes c'était très pénible, surtout quand on allumait la climatisation ou le four ! nous avions choisi cette location en grande partie pour sa piscine, nous n avons pas pu en profiter pendant 3 jours et aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé sachant que nous leur avions déjà signalé les autres problèmes !
