Amazing time in Marola

Rosie and Antonio were amazing hosts and their property was great to stay in. They were accommodating and even offered to pick us up at the train station. They were very knowledgeable about the area and and went above and beyond to provide us with a beautiful tour of the area on their boat. The apartment was clean, air conditioned and was close to bus stops to visit La Spezia, Portoverne and Cinque Terre. We had an amazing time in staying at their place and it was a great introduction to this beautiful part of Italy! Thank you soo much!

Modernes Appartement mit spektakulärer Aussicht / Appartamento moderno con vista spettacolare

Die neue Wohnung liegt beim Militärhafen von La Spezia, im Stadtteil Marola, ca. 3km vom Zentrum entfernt. Vom Schlafzimmer (vom Bett!) und von der Küche aus geniesst man eine unvergleichliche Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Bucht (man kann Kreuzfahrtschiffe, Frachter und Jachten beobachten). Die Wohnung ist perfekt sauber, bietet alles was man braucht, ist liebevoll dekoriert und für einen erholsamen Schlaf gut nach aussen isoliert. Im Erdgeschoss der Wohnung gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo die wichtigsten Dinge (inkl. Brot, Yoghurt fürs Frühstück) gekauft werden können. Auch ein Tabacci ist in der Nähe für ein feines Brioche al cioccolato ;-) Die Gastgeber Antonio und Rosy haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie haben hilfreiche Informationen zu möglichen Ausflügen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorbereitet und uns mit Kartenmaterial und Broschüren (in unserer Sprache!) ausgestattet. Sie waren auch jederzeit per Whatsapp oder Telefon erreichbar (für Anfahrt oder sonstige Anliegen). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Antonio und Rosy sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für alles! *********************** Il nuovo appartamento si trova vicino al porto militare di La Spezia, nel quartiere di Marola, a circa 3 km dal centro. Dalla camera da letto (dal letto!) e dalla cucina si gode di una vista incomparabile sul porto e sulla baia (si possono osservare navi da crociera, cargo e yacht). L'appartamento è perfettamente pulito, dispone di tutto il necessario, è arredato con cura e ben isolato dall'esterno per un sonno riposante. Al piano terra dell'appartamento c'è un piccolo negozio di alimentari dove è possibile acquistare i prodotti di prima necessità (tra cui pane e yogurt per la colazione). Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un tabacci per un'ottima brioche al cioccolato ;-) I padroni di casa Antonio e Rosy ci hanno dato un caloroso benvenuto. Hanno preparato informazioni utili su possibili escursioni, ristoranti e shopping e ci hanno fornito mappe e brochure (nella nostra lingua!). Erano anche sempre disponibili su Whatsapp o al telefono (per indicazioni stradali o altri dubbi). Ci siamo trovati molto bene con Antonio e Rosy e possiamo raccomandare l'alloggio al 100% e torneremo volentieri! Grazie per tutto!

Appartement super propre, très bien située (bus, épicerie, tabac, pizzeria, petit dej..). Train pas loin pour les cinques terres. Les propriétaires sont des personnes formidables, vous avez tout un tas de documentations sur la spezia et les environs. Ils vous explique tout. Parfait. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
