The flight of stairs to the apartment was a little perilous for my elderly parents, but we survived without incident. The host was mostly communicative and helpful except for a brief and unfortunately timed lapse around our arrival at the property. Overall, the apartment layout was perfect for us. There was a few wear-and-tear issues in the apartment but nothing that caused us any problems. We had a very comfortable stay and would absolutely stay again. The neighborhood was ideal for convenience and exploring the sites of Strasbourg.

Spacious and clean

Property is very nice with two good sized bedrooms, open concept living room and host is very kind. The only issue we had was the heat and poor airflow. I don’t think it is fair to blame the property owner for a continental heat wave, however. Unfortunately, the near 38 degree celsius temps made it very difficult to sleep. A portable AC unit or ceiling fan would’ve been very helpful. The two floor fans weren’t quite enough. With normal, or winter temps, we would definitely stay again!

apartment very good location

The apartment is big and clean, has good beds and is very well located. Walking distance of Straatsburg city centre and all the things you want to see. Straatsburg is a beautiful city with lots of good restaurants/cafes, shops, museums and you can make great walks in the countryside. The owner reponds very quickly to questions. Two minor details, which were not published on the site i booked (fewodirekt): - on the pictures it looks as if the apartment is situated on the street and has streetview. this is not the case. the apartment is situated in a courtyard on the first floor - on fewo direkt is stated that you can park on the premises, but that is not the case. parking is a 5 minute walk in a garage for € 21 per 24 hours. These are not big issues, but we would have liked to know this before booking. Besides that, we had a great stay and recommend the apartment and Straatsburg

 Effectivement, comme précisé dans l’annonce, l’appartement se situe dans une cour intérieure, ce qui lui permet d'être au Calme malgré qu’il soit situé en plein centre ville. La photo représente les façade d’entrée côté rue de l’accès à l’immeuble. A ma connaissance, il n’est pas indiqué de parking sur place dans l'annonce… les parking de situe le long de la rue ou à 5 minute à pieds dans des parkings couvert comme « Les Halles » ou « Broglie » et sont payant (comme dans toutes les grandes villes). Pour ces précions, vous auriez dû nous demander et nous vous aurions indiqué tout cela sans soucis. Comprenez qu’il n’est pas possible de placer toutes les informations sur les plateformes (le nombre de mots des descriptions sont limités par les sites). Dans tout les cas, nous sommes ravis que l'ensemble vous ai plu :)

Parkplatz ist laut Beschreibung vorhanden, wird aber vom Vermieter nicht gestellt. Man muss den Parkplatz selbst in einem Parkhaus buchen.Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liegt sehr gut zur Innenstadt. In der Straße gibt es alles, was man braucht, wie z.B. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés und Restaurants.

Merci pour ce commentaire Lionel. L’avantage d’être sur une cour intérieure et le calme alors que nous sommes en hyper centre. Ceci est plutôt rare dans une grandes villes. J’imagine que quand vous écrivez hôtel disponible, vous vouliez dire hôtes disponibles… car il s’agit bien d’un appartement privatif et pas d’un hôtel.

Straatsburg - Rue du Fabourg de St. Pierre

Prima locatie, rustig, aan een binnenplaats, vlak bij het centrum en met een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. Het appartement was basaal ingericht en voorzien van spullen. WEl ruim voldoende linnengoed. Advies: zet een staande lamp in het woongedeelte, nu zijn er alleen fel brandende spots. Of voorzie de spots van een dimmer. De ontvangst was via de telefoon en we hadden moeite om de juiste route te vinden. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep verder goed. Op de website stond dat er parkeermogelijkheid was, maar dat bleek nauwelijks het geval. Alleen kortdurend in de buurt. Voor langer parkeren moet je naar een heel dure garage op minimaal 10 minuten afstand.
