Lovely spring break in Barcelona!

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The location could not be better -- Gracia is such a lovely neighborhood, especially for families. We loved the apartment -- especially the terrace! The apartment is small (the bathroom is tiny!), but it was perfect for our needs.

I super recommend Alejandro’s place. Very confortable and spacious apartment, with good amenities and an amazing terrasse. The emplacement is very good, just in the heart of Gracia and close to all transportations. Alejandro has a great communication and made our stay very easy.

la Vila de Gràcia - I cannot imagine a better rental for Barcelona

There's not much new info that I can add to my review that hasn't been said by previous reviewers ... from dropping off our bags a little early (~ 11h) to always PERFECT and easy communications with Alejandro, we really enjoyed our week in Gràcia. A fantastic apartment and a wonderful neighborhood. Don't hesistate - stay here!

Great location

Great location and easy walking distance to almost anything if you like to walk. The bathroom is quite small as numerous people have said. We are a tall family of over 6 feet tall. I would imagine anybody who is over 6‘3“ would have a difficult time sitting on the toilet! However, lots of water pressure and hot water! Neighborhood is noisy, but nothing earplugs can’t drown out and is typical if staying in vibrant neighborhoods!

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Eine tolle Terrasse, gute Betten, ein einfacheres Zugangssystem ohne Schlüssel und vor allem ein tolles Viertel mit leckeren Restaurants, Bäckerei und einer klasse Atmosphäre für Familien. Besonders gut hat uns der Kiez-Platz gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Alejandro verlief sehr gut, er hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.

Julian (Alejandros colleague) was a great host. He not only took care of us on site but also supported us while driving there. Since we were in Barcelona by car, he came to the parking garage with us and acted for us, so we had a good fixed price for the coming days. Nothing was missing in the apartment. The spacious terrace was very pleasant.I recommend it with a clear conscience. 😊

Very nice and clean apartment, close to everything in the city ( a 10 euro cab ride wherever you want to go). Alejandro was a excellent host, everything was done for us when we arrived ( for example he had filled the trash can with plastic bags and had a cabinet full with spices and everything you need for cooking) .All in all a 10/10 visit, would recommend.

Alejandro looked after us very well and offered support at all times.The location of the apartment is also very great.Overall, the apartment is a bit smaller than you can see in the pictures. But still big enough for four people.The windows are not very soundproof, so you can hear street noise quite loudly.All in all, we had a great stay at Alejandro's apartment. We recommend it.

Great apartment with a fantastic 'local' location. Fantastic terrace to enjoy the wonderful evening in Barcelona. We had some drain issues during the week but Alejandro was very responsive and made sure that the problem was eventually fixed. Due to the issue we god a mid-week cleaning for free which was very nice. As the area is very vibrant (in a good way) some street noise must be expected. Great value for money and definitely a place we would like to rent again.
