Bei der Betrachtung des angebotenen Objektes ist man der Meinung, dass die Wohnung im dritten OG auf dem Foto im Internet – links oder rechts – im Haus, mit Blick auf den Pool ist. Das Haus erweckt den Eindruck, dass es sich hier um ein Haus mit drei Etagen in einem großen Garten handelt. Weit gefehlt: Denn die uns vermietete Wohnung war zwar im dritten Stock, nach hinten heraus, aber mit Blick auf die Häuser der Umgebung sowie mit einen Blick auf den Balkon einer Nachbarwohnung. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß und verfügt über viele Wohnungen. Die angebotene Wohnung entspricht den Beschreibungen aus dem Internet, war renoviert, sauber, gepflegt und gut eingerichtet.

Niedliche und saubere Unterkunft!

Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und hat auch eine Klimaanlage. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, so parkt das Auto sicher :) Zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten und zum Supermarkt auch - das ist ideal! Schöne Gegend, ich würde wiederkommen!

A great little flat in a great location!

This little flat was perfect for us as a family of 4. The location is brilliant because the pool and grounds are nice but you also have a beach and beach bar 5 minutes away. At night there are several excellent places to eat and relax within short walking distance. By day you have Desenzano and Sermione on your doorstep! Lucia and her son made check in and out simple and they were easily contactable for assistance. A truly memorable stay!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern.

Die Wohnung liegt allerdings in der 3. Etage und ist so nur etwas für sportliche Reisende, da das Gepäck hochgetragen werden muss. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Dusche ist leider nur etwas für zierliche Personen, da sie nur 70x70 cm ist. Das Fernsehrprogramm ist auch nur in italienisch. Die Wohnung ist neu nenoviert und ist sehr ansprechend. Das gesammte Haus liegt auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück mit großem Parkplatz und abschließbarem Fahrradkeller.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung

Wir haben hier 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut und unseres Erachtens ist fast alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lucia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Alles wie beschrieben. Wahrlich 3.Etage. Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

Pool konnten wir noch nicht nutzen. Parkplatz und Fahrradkeller ok. WLAN super. TV nur italienisch. Kaffeemaschine nur mit Kaffeekapseln. Wer Filterkaffee lieber mag, Kaffee, Filtertüten u. Filter mitnehmen. Schlafbett mit durchgehender Matratze. 180 x 200. Schlafgelegenheit im Wohn-,Küchenraum annehmbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( auch per Fuß) Alle Discounter vorhanden. Zum Schluß: Die Balkonmöbel sind da. Lucia hat uns gut empfangen. Grazie

So schön wie auf den Fotos

Wir konnten eine wundervolle Woche am Gardasee genießen. Achtung bei der Anreise, unser Navi findet die Adresse nur über die Postleitzahl. Es sind wirklich nur wenige Meter zum Strand und ein schöner Spaziergang entlang des Sees zum Zentrum von Desenzano. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und blitzsauber, der Pool so groß wie auf dem Foto, also tatsächlich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Prima Autoabstellplatz.

gerne wieder...!

Alles tiptop sauber und sehr gepflegt! Leider haben uns die Balkonstühle gefehlt, aber das lässt sich ja ändern :-). Die Wohnung ist so wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben und liegt sehr zentral. Lucia war freundlich und hilfbereit und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Grosse Klasse war der abgeschlossene Bereich (ein Innenhof) wo wir unser Auto parken konnten. Wer Bettwäsche selbst mitbringt, sollte an Kopfkissenbezüge, Leintuch (Übergröße) und ein großes Spannbettlaken denken. Wir waren soweit rundum zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Pizzeria die uns empfohlen wurde (Rossi&Rossi), gleich nebenan, können wir leider nicht empfehlen.... wer eine saftige, würzige Pizza sucht ist beim Bäcker im Ort genau richtig :-), ebenfalls gibt es dort im Örtchen ein Cafè wo man die Besten Panini's bekommt!

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in Rivoltella

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral in Rivoltella/Desenzano. Der See ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Ich und meine Freundin hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort und waren mit allem zufrieden. Das einzige was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wären ein Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon. La casa è molto carina, pulita, ospitale, ristrutturata da poco tempo. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto tranquillo, ottima base per fare giri turistici nei dintorni del lago, a due passi dalla spiaggia quindi ottima per soggiorni estivi. Lucia, la proprietaria, gentile e premurosa.

Lovely apartment, great location

Myself & husband stayed for 12 days and found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Access to the beach (pebbles) is only 5 mins across the road, (sun loungers can be hired from the beach cafe) There are some shops and restaurants in neighbouring Rivotella (food at Rossi Rossi is great)with a larger choice in Desenzano (approx.25/30 min walk along the shore path, alternatively bus) We had planned on hiring a car to visit the lake side towns but found it more relaxing using the boats (at Desenzano) The owner Lucia was great, very helpful. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Wohnung ist sehr schön-alles neu. Leider gibts keinen Lift in den 3.Stock-aber das wussten wir. Größe des Apartments für 2 Personen mit Baby ausreichend. Rivoltella ist gleich ums Eck, dort gibts ein paar Restaurants und einen Bäcker für Frühstücksbrötchen. Desenzano und Sirmione sind leicht mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Perfect !!

We spent great holidays in this really nice apartment next to the lake. All is new and comfortable for a family with 2 children. The garden is beautifull and the swimming pool a real pleasure. We were very well received by the really nice owners. An absolutely great place to visit this beautifull part of Italy !!!

Great place!

Me and my wife and our 9yearold boy really loves this place! Fresh room, a nice pool in the garden and just 200meter to the beach at the amazing lake Garda. The little village Rivoltello is very charmig and has a few good restaurants and shops. Dezenzano is just a few km away too. I can warmy recommend this place! /Per
