Really nice apartment

Summer holidays

We enjoyed our stay very much. We travelled with dog. The location of the flat directly on the dog beach with a view of the lake is very nice. We could park the car directly on the premises. Check in and communication with the host was good. The flat is clean, but simply furnished. We will be happy to come back.

Super Lage. Einfache und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Wichtige Informationen zum Haus wurden uns erst bei Ankunft und erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Antwort der Verwaltung wenig kundenfreundlich. Starkes dauerhaftes Geruchsproblem durch Kanalisation. Auch ständiges Lüften hilft nicht. Sehr unangenehm.Grillen nicht möglich, da Grill total verrostet ist und somit unbrauchbar. Müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Die direkte Strandlage entschädigt jedoch den Gesamteindruck.

Guten Abend, Die Lage der Wohnung ist exklusiv und verdient Ihre Bewertung nicht, zumal sich Ihre Kritikpunkte nicht speziell darauf beziehen. Außerdem ist sie alles andere als angenehm und stellt die Meinungen anderer in Frage. Sie haben alle Informationen vier Tage vor Ihrer Abreise erhalten, wurden achtmal kontaktiert und einen Tag nach Ihrer Ankunft hat jemand eingegriffen. Der Grill wurde von einem Gast zurückgelassen und ist nicht in der Hausausstattung aufgeführt, und der von Ihnen erwähnte Geruch war auf ein alltägliches Problem in der Wohnanlage zurückzuführen. Weitere Informationen sind nicht erforderlich.

Appartement très fonctionnel correspond à l'annonce, à quelques pas du lac et de la plage. il y a même des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres; restaurants à proximité, locations paddle et pédalos, plusieurs grandes surface à 10 minutes à pied. Schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an einem tollen Hundestrand. Kommunikation mit Luca war perfekt und er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir ein kleines Geruchsproblem durch fue Kanalisation

Super Urlaub / toller Standort

Vom Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bis zur Wohnung war alles super. Der Standort spricht für sich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, auch weil der Vermieter und der ganze Ablauf sehr angenehm und unkompliziert war. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt, und die erholsamen Tage im schönen Italien!

Die Unterkunft war jetzt nicht sonderlich luxuriös ausgestattet, aber es war alles da was man brauchte und es war sehr sauber. Bis zum Strand (Hundestrand) waren es nur wenige Meter zu laufen. Generell ist die Umgebung sehr Hundefreundlich. Unser Vierbeiner konnte wir überall mitnehmen. Unser Vermieter war immer über Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Urlaub mit Hund

Für einen Urlaub mit Hund ist die Lage der Wohnung genau richtig. Hundestrand vor der Haustür, besser kann es gar nicht sein. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, da dürfen die Ansprüche nicht so groß sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lage ist perfekt, direkt am See und oberhalb des Hundestrandes. Genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Netter Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar ist und sich 2 mal gemeldet hat ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas benötigen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet,für uns mit Hunden war es perfekt.Die Wohnung ist gleich oberhalb vom Hundestrand,Treppe runter und man ist da🙂Es gibt vieles anzuschauen rund um den Gardasee,wir hatten einen Wunderschönen Urlaub.

Ausstattung und Umfeld

Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön mit Blick auf den See. Wer Geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte der Hundestrand störend wirken. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausbaufähig.I've Einrichtung ist teils doch schon sehr veraltet und abgewohnt. Da der Besitzer aber wohl die Wohnung noch nicht so lange hat, kann man wohl ein wenig Rücksicht nehmen-nur das Problem der Ameisen unter dem Fenster des Schlafräume sollte schnellstens in Angriff genommen werden.(jeden 2.ten Tag eine Flasche Insktenvernichter). Sonst Ort und Lage empfehlenswert.

good morning we consider it definitely out of place to question the position which is one of the few to be so close to the lake (the photos speak for themselves) as well as to affirm that the dog beach "could" cause annoyance. also regarding the cleanliness we have only had compliments from all the customers. we have never had the problem of ants so much so that to his complaint we promptly intervened noting that the ants were on the outside wall of the house. the apartment will be adjusted where necessary already this year but it must also be said that you were amply informed by the photos.
