A wonderful apartment!

It's an absolutely wonderful apartment in a great location. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The pool area was ideal for our almost 2 year old. Just a short walk to the Marina for restaurants and bars. Dinis was a wonderful host and responded to all queries quickly. I highly recommend this property!

Fabulous apartment

The immaculate apartment is huge, with a large communal pool. It is very well equipped and furnished. The location is in a perfect spot, close to the marina, the beautiful beach and the town, whilst still being quiet and peaceful. Dinis was very welcoming and flexible. I would highly recommend.

Six adults and plenty of space...

We were so impressed with the helpfulness and responsiveness of Dinis. This had a very well equipped kitchen, with great outdoor pool level balcony space. We spent all of our time outside. Great briquette BBQ, lovely pool and large poolside area. Eight minute walks to the beach, supermarket, and Lagos pedestrian bridge. So much to say as the weather was fantastic, and at this point in the season, it was nice and quiet.

Overall, A Good Experience

Large, well appointed, clean, quiet Condo, with easy access to the pool area, conveniently located to downtown Lagos, major roads, and train & bus transport. Unfortunately, 2 issues: the washer didn't work & couldn't be repaired. The host did retrieve a load stuck in the washer and laundered these clothes; and no hot water for a day - the gas supply was shut-off due to non-payment of an account. If booking for the winter, confirm how to turn on the heating so you can stay warm at night!

Hervorragende Anlage

Das Appartment ist Bestandteil eines in sich abgeschlossenen Gebäudes. Durch die Bauweise des Gebäudes ist eine individuelle Nutzung bestens möglich. Hier fühlt man sich rund um die Uhr wohl. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Alles ist modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum langen Sandstrand und in die Stadt ist sehr gut. Beides ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Objekt kann rundum empfohlen werden.

Meia Praia Apartmentanlage

Wir waren im August 2022 für zwei Wochen mit der gesamten Familie in Apartmentanlage. Das Apartment ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Poolanlage ist gepflegt. Liegestühle sind den Apartments zugeordnet und somit entfällt auch der Streit um die letzte Liege :). Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder....

Muy buena experiencia

El apartamento está muy bien. Diría que incluso mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos. Todas las estancias son muy amplias y luminosas y están muy bien distribuidas. El acceso directo desde la terraza a la piscina hace que puedas disfrutar de ella hasta cuando no pensabas bañarte :). Los dormitorios más amplios de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Dinis muy amable en todo momento. Puedes ir andando a la playa (10-15 min andando a Meia plaia) y al centro del pueblo (20 min andando). La zona de Marina Lagos está a unos 5 minutos andando y tiene muchos sitios para comer y/o tomar un aperitivo/copa. Lo recomendaremos y volveremos seguro!

We`ve had a really nice week in the apt. (it`s well furnished) Lovely pool. The Meia Praia and town is just a 10min walk away. Dinis is helpful and understanding, we were late because of our flight.

Großzügig, super ausgestattet und sauber

Tolle Wohnung, sehr groß mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Top ausgestattete Wohnung: in der Kpche istcalles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte, ausreichend für 6 Personen. Zwei Handtücher pro Person und wöchentliche Wechsel. Reinigung der Wohnung 1x pro Woche. Bücher und Spielzeug für Kinder. Zwei Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage gehören zur Wohnung. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5Min zu erreichen, toll zum Spielen für Kinder, recht ruhiges Wasser, bewachter Strand. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 1km entfernt. Der Innenstadtbereich ist in ca 15Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, die eher belebt und voll sind. Tripadvisor gibt da aber gute Empfehlungen, die außerhalb liegen und mit dem Auto angefahren werde können.

Sehr schöne Fereinwohnung

Voll ausgestattete, wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit Pool der von der Terrasse aus direkt zu erreichen ist. Lagos ist fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Zeer ruim appartement met airco, en naast zwembad

Dit appartement kunnen wij iedereen aanraden. Het is zeer ruim, schoon en alles is aanwezig. Mooi overdekt terras, met trapje naar zwembad. Op loopafstand naar het strand. Op loopafstand van station en haven. Het oude centrum ligt iets verder weg maar is ook goed te lopen. Met de auto zijn mooie rotsstranden te bereiken. Boottochtje is een echte aanrader, via eigenaar te boeken. Eigenaresse is zeer attent, wij hebben prettig contact met haar gehad. We komen graag een keer terug. (Alleen het internet was niet altijd even goed)

Stayed here two years running with my family and two years in other appartments in the block. Spacious and modern in the right location! Very relaxing place to be, ideal for lagos town and beach. Dinis and Arine are very easy to deal with. See you next year!

great apartment

Just come back from 10 day stay at this top quality apartment. Very comfortable apartment, well furnished and equipped. The apartment is 10 mins walk to the nearest beach (which is fantastic) 5 mins to supermarket and Marina, The old town is a bit further but lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely pool but it was a bit busy; this was not an issue as we preferred the beach. Slight criticism; the apartment is advertised as having satellite tv, well it has but there are no british channels apart from BBC world news, this may be small point but I am bit of sports obsessive and wanted to keep up with test cricket scores (sad). This apartment is excellent value and would recommend to any family.

Excellent property with every imaginable utensil

Propertywise, we thought we couldn't improve on last years stay in Portimao. We were wrong and delighted to be wrong. The apartment was in immaculate condition throughout which made our stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect and because of its proximity to the marina and town itself saved us a fortune on taxi's that we didn't need to take! Everything is within walking distance and Dinis was just a phone call away if we needed anything. Would have no hesitation to returning to this apartment.
