Bairro Alto Suites - Double Room with Private Ensuite Bathroom

Bairro Alto Suites is located in Lisbon Historical Center, in a very calm area of the famous Bairro Alto Neighborhood. Walk out the door and you will find yourself right in the heart of Lisbon. You will be able to experience all the major city charms by foot.

By just walking 2 minutes you can reach all the most known neighborhoods as Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Rossio, Avenida da Liberdade etc. Only 100m away you will find the famous viewpoint Miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara.

We offer several rooms for 2 guests with a king size double bed. If you prefer two single beds please let us know.

All the rooms have private ensuite bathroom and offer all the amenities (e.g. premium mattress, air conditioning, flat screen with cable channels, free fast wifi, free daily room cleaning service and soundproof windows).

You will also find a selection of the best restaurants near the property, either be the trendy restaurants in Principe Real or the traditional "Casas de Fado" in Bairro Alto.

The building dates from XVIII century, but in 2017 went through a total renovation.

We have 24 hours check-in so you just need to ring the doorbell when you arrive.

In case you arrive early we can store your luggage. We can also store your luggage after check-out in case you feel like exploring more of Lisbon.

Cute hotel. We thought this was more of a apartment, which could have been my misreading. Very small bedroom and bath but functional and clean. Great location.

Our double room was smaller than this but clean and comfortable.There is no sign on the door and as we had no Wi-Fi at that point it was difficult to locate. A neighbouring shopkeeper helped us.

Really great location

Woke every morning to walk a half block to a wonderful cafe for pastel de natas, cappuccinos, and fresh squeezed OJ. Found numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance, a park, and easy access to transportation. Funicular down to the Metro that can take you around the city, to the airport, etc. Upon arrival from an early flight, host secured our luggage so we could explore. Overall nice stay and a great launch point to see the Lisbon sites!

Location excellent. However noisy into the early hours, traffic a bit grid locked so taxi in and out can be challenging. Room very small, even smaller bathroom, I’ve seen airplane toilets bigger. The shower was not draining properly, so my feet were in 3 inches in water every day. Good location, but compromises elsewhere. Room only big for one person. Would have been really challenging for 2 large adults.
