Accommodations for 8 in this fully equipped, updated, 4 bed, 3 bath house. (4 bedrooms for 8 people and 1 pull out queen in office. Excellent internet and WiFi range / speeds to accommodate online school and remote working.

Kitchen with professional chef appliances opens up to the great room and dining, or retreat out to the oasis in the back yard complete with a lounge area, flat screen tv, and sound system. Pool is NOT heated. Pool heat is an option March though October with additional charge, ask for quote.

Perfect central Scottsdale location on a big corner lot. Pickle ball is a blast. All levels have a great time. Full golf sim with SkyTrak launch monitor in the garage.

We had 4 guys staying for a golf trip, and it worked out perfectly! Nice pool and pickelball court, and a decent place in good location. Golf simulator was a little hit or miss but overall everything was good.

I honestly can not say enough good things about our stay at this amazing place. Everything you will need is there from an ice machine and clothing steamer to e-bikes, video games, video board games, pool toys, and necessary supplies for our 22-month-old grandson. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and safe. Communication was fantastic, the place was spotless, the amenities are above and beyond any place I've ever stayed, and if I could give better than a five star rating, I would. Thank you for everything.

The house was great! If you are into pickleball bring your own paddles, and the best time to play was in the morning before it got too hot. The patio had plenty of shade and a ceiling fan and we had Ryan heat the pool so it was very comfortable. It’s in a great area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and safe. We would go back!

We love this property. Excellent value for our needs. Second time we have stayed & already booked for next year. Great communication with owner. Perfectly located for MLB Spring Training games, hiking in the Phoenix Mountain range, shopping, anything. Kitchen well equipped & large enough to handle all 10 of us. Pool is well maintained as is the pickle ball court & patio area. Same with laundry room.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love this property. This is where we started our family and the the kids learned to ride their bikes on the sport court and we would swim everyday in the summers. A nice baja shelf in the pool to dip your feet. The area is fantastic and central to everything. Close enough to North Scottsdale, and also close enough to enjoy downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. We know you will love it too.
