Summary:
Additional Master Suites with its own full bath and walk in closets recently added to the home in our renovation project! This home now offers TWO Master suites! Lush green lawns for a true Private Oasis backyard retreat. We are very excited for the larger space and look forward to being able to accommodate more families and groups! Thank you for booking with us.

Hot Tub Fee $35/Per Day (optional) Upon Request*

*Pet-friendly* retreat - $100 pet fee /per pet /per stay (one time fee)

* This luxury Scottsdale home has an open floor plan with two maters suites and is ideal for enjoyable vacation stay.

*Large backyard features covered patio, paver patio extension, charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs, artificial grass putting green, amazing pool, lounge chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. 

*Home is perfect for families (with kids) and multiple couples

*Smart TVs in living room and both Master suites. Bring your Netflix, Hulu etc account and never miss your favorite episode.  

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES: Dish ware/flatware, cookware, glasses, shot glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker, skillets, salt/pepper/spices, blender, toaster, refrigerator equipped with ice maker/water dispenser, other appliances, etc. 

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring front load washer and dryer and ironing board with iron.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathrooms and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

There is security camera over looking front door & Driveway for your safety.

*Guests have access the entire house. There is 2 car garage parking, parking in the drive way and along the street.

*Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay.

Plenty of bedrooms and space in a safe neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed a walk to a nearby park two different mornings and felt very safe. Friendly neighborhood.

Great location. House size perfect for our family. Onlne listing should state that the one bathroom listed is the pool bathroom and is only accessible from the outside patio. Property manager very easy to work with and prompt in responding to messages.

Family get together

The house was perfect for our group. It was great having everyone in one location! The house was well stocked with all the basics we needed. Paul was a great host and very responsive for the couple of questions r had. I would definitely stay again!!

Nice property in great location

We stayed in this house for our yearly family gathering in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Lots of room for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and spacious backyard with comfortable chairs and loungers. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there's a Weber kettle in the backyard for grilling. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, freeways, and everything the area has to offer. The hosts checked in with us and made it clear that we should not hesitate to contact them if they could help. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Baseball Tournament

There was plenty of space. Any time I had a question, Paul got back with me promptly. The outdoor facilities are amazing, especially the hot tub in October. The putting green was great, too. We enjoyed games, food, and fun with lots of room for everyone.

Great house in Scottsdale

4 guys on a golf vacation stayed for a week. House was great and host was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with some water leaking from the refrigerator. The maintence guys fixed it the next day very quickly while we were out. I highly recommend this house

Fabulous Vacation Home

We only stayed 3 nights but it was a perfect 3 nights. Nice, quiet neighborhood where we walked our dogs daily. Comfortable furniture and very interesting channels on the TV! We're trying to figure out how to get that TV box at home now! The backyard is amazing and we enjoyed having the hot tub. Our dogs loved exploring the big backyard and it was very safe (no escape holes) for even our tiniest chiweenie. Communication was excellent with Paul and we hope to stay again in the future for a longer visit!

Just perfect in about every way

This property has it all. Great pool, hot tub, patio, grill, excellent large indoor space with 2 baths and 4 beds... Paul was excellent with communication and great to deal with. No place will ever be perfect. Things happen, the unexpected happens. But it's how you respond that matters. And Paul was always instant and ready to help. Don't go anywhere else.

Perfection for a family gathering

Our family gathers once a year for a baseball reunion in a different city every year. This year it was in Phoenix. We needed 2 houses to house all 18 of us and this was one of the houses we chose. Everyone came together at this house the entire weekend because it was the best!! Biggest, cleanest, pools, great layout for a crowd, and a terrific kitchen for us all to cook in. Good neighborhood and close to shopping. I can’t think of one thing I would want to change.
