Perfect quiet

The wife and I wanted to get away and have an "us" weekend. This was perfect. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Very relaxing, and super quiet. The house was smaller than expected but perfect for us. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

Thanksgiving vacation

This was a very cute house very convenient to Disney and sea world about a 15 min ride to either park the pool was great and you can have it heated. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our short 2 days here. We wouldn't change a thing about our stay and this deserves the 5 stars. The alarm for the door going to the pool takes a little getting used to as far as operation goes, but the owner has clear instructions on how to do so. The price was great and neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.The only minor inconvenience was that the light inside the hot tub doesn't work and the light above the hot tub was too bright. It was just a little too dark with no lights on for the midnight dip in the hot tub. There are small colored lights on the fence that gave just enough light to see each other.

Amazing property and location

When we normally go to Disney we stay on property. But the prices were so high we decided to look on VRBO and booked here. The listing is 100% accurate. The house was clean and well maintained. The fenced in back yard is great. The pool was a plus. The game room was amazing! The location is fantastic. You are close to Disney or whatever else you want to do. Our pup isn’t fond of fireworks and here you can just barely here them which was great. The neighborhood is quiet and you will feel safe there. We will definitely be back here again.

Great communication, poor managment

I booked this house because of how close to Disney it was, and how many amenities it offered. Private pool, hot tub, yard games, game room, ECT. Upon arrival, we noticed very quickly the house was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Not just some crumbs, we are talking masses of dog hair, dust and human hair. Literally everywhere. The grass wasn't mowed, and Florida grass is THICK! My dad's little dog couldn't even go to the restroom in our yard. The pool was full of popsicle wrappers, dog hair, human hair and bugs. Yard strung with trash and old dog poop. Hot tub was almost empty. And full of sand at the bottom. But, of course the pool guy didn't answer anyone until Monday (we arrived early Saturday evening). Now, with all that said, I do NOT put this on the homeowner. They were out of town, and I genuinely think the people they've relied on to manage their property; let them down. The homeowners replied to every message I sent, and called everyone they use for property maintenance. The manager showed up hours after we arrived, and "cleaned" some of our concerns; but definitely not all. While having excuse after excuse why this or that wasn't cleaned. Ordered a grill, and they showed up a day late. Overall, the house has huge potential, and the owners are super friendly and attempted to make all things they could; right for us.

I’m so sorry you experienced some issues. As you mentioned , we responded immediately I sent my manager to address the cleaning issues within an hour of your arrival. The lawn gets cut once a week , every week on a Tuesday. You arrived Saturday , so in between cuts As was mentioned , we’ve never had any guest as “thorough” with a property inspection. Thank you for finding things that my cleaner missed , like the dust in the vacuum and dust behind the washer My cleaner found a very small dog poop in the yard from the previous guests small dog , and she explained , when she inspected prior to arrival , it was storming very badly so she didn’t get to check the yard We take every guests comments extremely seriously. Based on your report , we scheduled an earlier deep clean. We usually get very positive reviews on this home , so we were disappointed to hear the issues you found. The home has been thoroughly deep cleaned this week , all pool and lawn services are carried out every single week , so I am satisfied that they are taken care of as they should be Thanks again for your report

Florida trip

This is a great house and very close to everything. We loved having the fenced in yard for the dog. We enjoyed the pool and the game room. Everything was perfect.

In 1999 , after vacationing in florida many times, I moved from the UK to set up a vacation rental company to help families looking for alternative accommodations from hotel rooms.
I set up a company called Loyalty Vacation Homes and innovatively started doing things differently
I was the very first rental home to have a fun name rather than a street address, and I saw the potential to utilize garages ( that were hardly used in rental homes) and turned them into game rooms. At first they were kind of basic, I put in pinball machines and pool tables.
It wasn’t long before I was managing 120 homes for owners and offering excellent accommodation for guests
In 2018, it was time for me to retire , now John and I concentrate on just our handful of homes , all in the same neighborhood and we strive to make them as perfect as we can
Over the years we have improved our homes and game rooms immensely
I understand the need for quality when going on vacation and we try our hardest to keep our homes up to date and as comfortable as possible .
We live in the same neighborhood and are very hands on. We are always in the homes making sure they are the best they can be. When you book with us , we are here for you whenever you need us. We have an excellent cleaning crew who assist us
We reinvest our money into our homes , and it shows
We’re always looking for newer things to add so that you will be impressed
I enjoy home makeovers and have a lot of fun theming our homes. My latest project is the 50s diner theme in one of our homes

We chose this area as it is one of the closest sub divisions to Disney , with no end of shopping and restaurants very close by.
