Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Fantastic Orlando villa stay!

Stayed 2 weeks at this lovely villa!. Very spacious inside. Great swimming pool, which was nice and warm. Perfect view of the lake! A great place to sit to eat or chill outside. Check in at the villa was clearly detailed. And the owners are very responsive if needed. Would stay again :)

This was our third time at the villa. Another fantastic trip. Villa spotlessly clean as usual and the location, overlooking the lake, is so peaceful. The villa is close enough to the parks but very relaxing by the pool. Needed to call the management team and their response was great.

Cozy alternative to Disney resorts

My friends and I had a nice, relaxing stay here during our vacation! It's only about half an hour from the Disney and Universal parks. After a long day of walking around, it felt good to soak my feet in the spa!

Perfect!

We had a lovely stay! The property (and neighborhood) was very well kept and clean. There was plenty of everything we needed. It was very conveniently located and a very easy drive to Disney parks and Universal. We enjoyed the pool on our break day. I don’t typically walk barefoot in rental homes but I did on a few occasions here and my white socks were still white! It was very homey feeling and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Dream Come True

We had a blast at the Disney parks and a blast getting married on Clearwater beach, but sone of our best memories were in the pool and hot tub after the parks had closed. There are so many restaurants near by, but I was also able to make amazing meals for my family in the fully equipped kitchen.

Relaxing and close to attractions.

Our family loved this clean, comfortable home. We relaxed, using the pool and spa each morning and evening. We enjoyed watching the different birds and lizards. We also spent 2 days at Disney and a day at Clearwater Beach. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area.

Great vacation getaway

We found this house to be a great alternative to a hotel. We felt very comfortable in this house during our stay. The pool and the view out back were amazing, the location was in a quiet neighborhood within short driving distance from restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean and up to date. Master bed was very comfortable, pool area was where we spent most of our time. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a well maintained rental. We were 7 adults with a 4 year old and the space was perfect. After a day of Disney the games room was used and enjoyed by most as foosball game and pool competition. A lovely kitchen to cook some meals was available and plenty of bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were also used daily. We will be back to rent this home away from home.

This property was just as represented on the Vrbo website. It was spacious, attractive and comfortable. The pool is private and has a lovely view of the pond. The property is located in a quiet area. Any restaurant or convenience you would like is a short drive away. We would rent this property again.

Perfect clean family vacation spot

We have a family of 6 and I will never go back to a hotel again! It was perfect and spacious! The house was equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay at the parks! Joanne has thought of everything… life jackets, car seats and pool toys! This home is located near Walmart and many quick service restaurants. Every time I contacted the owner she responded in minutes! Definitely recommend staying here with your family!

Villa Marie Summer Vacation

Our family’s experience with staying at Villa Marie exceeded our expectations. Our host Joanne was welcoming, informative, and prompt on helping us from the beginning, duration, and end of our stay. She thought of everything we might need for our stay. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and backyard scenery is beautiful overlooking the lake while swimming. It’s also enclosed so we don’t have to worry about mosquitoes a big relief since we have a lot in Houston,Texas. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Florida!

Disney birthday vacation

We enjoyed our stay here while going to Disney. The pool/hot tub was great for the kids, and it was very convenient to the parks as well as many food options. Only issue we had was that when we got there the security code to get in didn’t work. The owner answered our phone call and assisted it immediately, which was great when it’s 9pm and you have 3 tired kids. She also checked in the next day to ensure things were going well. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with these owners again. Thank you for a fun and stress free vacation!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect! Beautiful inside and out and the pool was the icing on the cake. We were given great instructions. The location worked out well. We were within an hour of everything we wanted to do. If I had to change anything it would just be to ask about the programmable thermostat as it was set at 77 for the nights which made it very stuffy for sleeping. My fault for not asking but I didn’t want to be a bother. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for the perfect place near or in Orlando.

My husband and I have been visiting Orlando for many years, and over the years we have rented many houses in this area. When our family was young, we quickly realized that staying in a house was much more enjoyable with children rather than staying in a hotel room. In addition to this, it was also much more economical, as a house like ours can easily be shared with another family if desired. We purchased this home to use for our vacations. The home was quite well maintained when we purchased it in January of 2015. We have added our own personal flare and upgrades to make it our own, and more desirable for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because of the close proximity to Disney, and because of the water view in the back. The pool/spa area is so peaceful without any rear neighbors, and made private with hedging along the side.

What makes this property unique

What makes this home different from all the other rental homes is the privacy in the back yard, and the fact that it backs on to a lake. We are so close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have an amazing south facing pool with a lanai and ceiling fan for those hot days when you need a break from the sun, and loads of local wildlife.
