Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
All guests must be completely departed by 11 am on departure day. Cleaning team arrives at that time and any delays from late departures will be charged to the damage deposit. Room keys on door locks.
2. Guest expectations: Take garbage and recycling to the bottom of the side suite stairs (located next to the guest laundry). Dirty dishes and glassware must all be placed in the dishwasher.
The dishwasher started in the normal cycle. All beds used to be stripped of bedding sheets and pillowcases (leave in the room at the foot of the bed). All used towels to be placed in the shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise emitting from the lodge is to be kept to a minimum at all times.
An outdoor designated smoking area does exist in front of the home under the Room 4 deck (away from the entrance doors).

Absolutely amazing location and house! The property manager Fabienne was an absolute pleasure and was quick to help with any questions we had. The owner was very friendly and communicative. We had such a fantastic room. The common room downstairs (pool table/hot tub) is a perfect place for a large group - and nicely tucked away from the bedrooms in the house. The proximity to the village is perfect. All around - great experience

A great place for large groups who want to share a common area, while enjoying the privacy of separate sleeping area and individual bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Fernando is a great host and always available. There is a caretaker leaving downstairs, who gave a great tour when we arrived. Overall a great place to stay and 5 minute drive to Whistler village.

Perfect for a group of friends or family

We have a group of 12 that meet every year for an outing and this was the perfect place to stay. It's often hard to find a place where the full group can congregate and talk without being in a loud hotel lobby or bar. In this wonderful home, we were able to be together in the living room, outside, and at meals. But the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy as well. Fantastic!! All attendees commented on how good the accommodations were.

Wonderful place for family and friends to get together for a ski vacation

The house was beautiful. The caretaker was nice and helpful. The hot tub worked great. We had 20 of us on the trip and everybody got a bed, and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We cooked two nights and the two kitchens were more than enough to cook for 20 people. We will definitely be coming back to this house next time we make it up to Whistler!

Along with seeking a good business opportunity, I felt that it was the right time to invest in real estate that would not only provide a return, but would also allow itself to be a spectacular setting for family and friends to also enjoy themselves in Whistler, BC - one of the most beautiful and breathtaking locations on earth!

Why they chose this property

The location is less than two blocks from the northwest corner of the main Whistler Village. This makes for a very short walk to the centre (center for our American friends) of the village or less than a 1 minute drive. Sitting on its own 1/2 of an acre parcel of land, gives the property both a very nice and spacious back yard for your outdoor spring and summer activities along with plenty of room for up to 12 vehicles out front.

What makes this property unique

Each private bedroom has its own bathroom. This is mixed in with the nicest possible common area amenities to share with family, friends or co-workers that any home could possibly offer.
