This Whistler home is shaped around togetherness, offering generous shared spaces balanced with private bedrooms for rest and retreat.

The open-plan living area invites you to gather after a day on the slopes or trails, with deep seating, a gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV creating a relaxed place to unwind. A separate home cinema room adds another layer of comfort, featuring an 80-inch smart TV, surround sound, and tiered seating for movie nights or quiet downtime when the snow is falling outside.

At the center of the home, the kitchen is designed for group cooking and shared meals. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
